You can extend the bebe dress with black ribbon/band on the bottom. It is beautiful statement dress.
I think you could wear a pair of bicycle shorts under the short dress. It looks amazing on you! 😍

Awe, thank you! Unfortunately I thrifted that one and it doesn't have a tag on it! I think it might have been custom made by a tailor.
