i love that you thrifted this rather than buying things going to Amazon / fast fashion clothing brands. Just proves there is so much good stuff that can be thrifted rather than buying new

I think I need an intervention!! I went thrifting this morning and bought 2 coats. A big faux fur coat and a beautiful embroidered ivory coat. I made a mental count and realized I have thrifted 8 coats this year alone, and I love them all!!! I love your videos!! They spark creativity and a new way to look at your everyday style!!

You're correct in both cases! Some people mispronounce these words, even when they do know how to spell them.

Yes, that's right. But this happens in almost every country... in certain parts of a country, the native people will pronounce words differently compared to other parts in the country, even if it is pronounced "wrong". This is one way how, I presume, dialects are formed. It's maybe nog correct, but spoken language isn't always correct. It's how language change so quickly and how words can take up different meaning, like word "actually".

Love your layers. Fitted waistcoat, lacy bra, and the jacket and the scarf. Also a pop of RED is how I would choose to wear red - it really doesn't suit my skin or hair colour - I think trying all colours is a must but going with a pop - is a good way to be fashionable.

I love to wrap up. Those scarves are gorgeous. Love to ware a bold plad over a simpel unicolor coat I love the checkered jacket, our coat and jacketrack is so dull/ bare I loved the colorfull vest. Mostly I make them myself I enjoy sweed and wool in winter I never find good jeans in my size at the thrift That dress is amasing!!!! I love my red coats Grate inspo every video X

Mrs. B. Jones, your microphone is literally making my ears bleed like a world war 2 radio in that closet. Looking forward to seeing what you think of the peach fuzz that the designers have been told is the colour of spring 2024. I personally find it interesting, since we are in the dark gray/ Red era from the winter, and then to suddenly have peach, I don't know what they are thinking we are going to wear with a closet of grays, red and peaches during the transition period. The mellow yellow would be nice to bring over! That I can see pairing with the peach colour. Very sweet, I could imagine painting a kids room those colours, instead of the typical baby pink or blue.

I thrifted men’s 505 loose fit long and they are perfect but my best thrift off Poshmark was a brand new men’s Kirkland brand baggie super dark denim 34” inseam shrunk to 33” and absolutely perfect fit my new favorite

I have been on the hunt for good jeans but I have a 33” inseam and women’s jeans that are average are 32” inseam so most jeans are little too short

Fastion isn't about throwing a bunch of color and patterns into one outfit. There is thought, class, elegance and color theory. Their are limits to every. When one throws every style into one outfit it looks to much and clearly thrifted. Best style advice is to find one maby two statement pieces for one outfit and leave the rest more neutral. Also chose one style idea, from rock, grunge, classic, girly, ect. Just be careful not be puke fastion by throwing every style into one outfit.

Agree. I enjoyed the video, but the outfit worn was just a hodgepodge for me.

I have a hard time just scanning unless it’s for a specific color, I feel like I need to look at absolutely everything 💯 I can spend hours in just one thrift shop my bf is better at scanning and just looking for a specific item.

Helpful Hint: You're using the term "checkered" when you mean "plaid".

This comment made me look up the difference! Check is usually a simple box pattern with two colors, while plaid has more complex patterns and multiple colors. I do think the style naming Beth went with is catchy though.

Fyi. “Checkered print” in most cases is actually PLAID.

I’m seeing so many content creators using those new mic systems, and I’m sure you have noticed the sound is awful. One of the things I always loved was your sound quality was always so tight and your voice was soothing. This mic system ruins that.
