Today, we are visiting a flea market in a small village in Dordogne, in the south-west of France.
At the end of this video, I will show you what I bought from this episode.

The marble table top was on a wash "commode", before the modern bathrooms were introduced. On top you could find a large bassin and a pitcher (often Sarreguemines or other manufactories as K & G Lunéville).
I love places like this, antique markets, Brocantes etc So I’ve just subscribed 😬

That was a wonderful look at the flea market. I appreciate the slow pace and chance to look closely at things and like hearing the prices. It's also nice that you are showing us something other than dishes. I am interested in all the items. I like the old leather doctor's bag around 12:15. I liked all the candleholders you looked at, especially the brass ones you bought (a bargain!) and the unique pottery one at the beginning. I also liked the brass things used for hanging other things and the gorgeous old frames. You are so lucky to be able to visit markets with such gorgeous things. It's a very well shot and edited video. I'm looking forward to part two of this market video..

The sewing box is from the 40s-50s, we had the same style at home.
Look at everything.... Except for plates ! Plates are boring. Okay that's my opinion. Love your video!

Très belle vidéo ! Les prix sont loin d'être excessifs pour une brocante professionnelle. Mon moment préféré est à 12.27 où il y a des poteries vernissées, des objets et meubles en rotin,osier,.... j'adore....au tout début il y a une bonbonnière Longwy... dommage que le couvercle ait été aussi fissuré ! J'aime aussi beaucoup ces couleurs. Je vais envisager d'aller en Dordogne ! 😂 Quand et où ont lieu ces brocantes, ce sont des régulières ? Merci pour le partage et bravo pour vos achats. Le dessus en marbre peut être adapté sur un petit meuble et peut vraiment servir! J'y verrai une table de rempotage de plantes ! Bonne continuation

El plato lo puedes limpiar con ceniza frotalo bien y luego lávalo El portavelas límpialo con un medio limón y luego lo lavas solo con agua

The salver, basket etc. are silver plated. Don´t expect to find solid silver, the sellers are not stupid.
The chairs are old cinema and/or theater chairs.

Ciao ,bellissimo il tur di questo mercatino,mi e piaciuto molto come era disposta la merce ,mi viene da ridere quando frughi sulle scatole per trovare dei tesori io sono come te ,la prima scatola all' inizio avrei comperato la base verde chiaro della lampada il prezzo era molto conveniente con un paralume begie l 'avrei vista bene, i piatti non li avrei presi non perché erano sporchi ma perché avevo visto che non venivano bene, mi dispiace questo è soltanto un mio parere ,il porta candele in ottone sono molto belle basta solo pulirle bene e ritrovi tutti i suoi decori molto romantici .Alla prossima buona giornata.
