Right I do donate items back. In the case of the horse painting I actually bought it knowing I'd just show you guys then sell it. I have a stash in the garage of decor but honestly it's not huge. I try not to have too much accumulated!

Exactly!! I'm not sure I've met many people who actively dislike it or think it's a bad idea--at least in my area most people seem to think it's a cool thing to do...but many of them don't actually take the time to go themselves. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'll go for them 😂 And you're entered!

Couldn't agree with you more🎉 I have been thrifting for many years due to the fact of being a single parent on a low budget. So, if people want to stay out of thrift stores more for us to have fun😊 Besides most items we like that are new or out of our price range will finally make it to a thrift store😅

Thank you so much for the heads up on the Durham Rescue Outlet bins! I had NO idea they had bins and only 11 miles from my home! I would love the Margot bag of course! Such great finds and you always know exactly how to style them!

I love watching your videos. You find so many amazing things and do such a great job making older things beautiful. I also like thrifting. It is such a thrill to find something that originally cost so much, for not much money. I too love to look on-line to find out what the item originally sold for. I love to look around my house and see all the thrifted/craigslist/garage sale items that are beautiful and make me smile. I love the Margot Bag. The fringe is so pretty and I love the black color.

Margot Bag I'm 61 and reminds me of the 70's I grew up in. New to your channel and I wish we had a pay by lb. I live in a small town but we do have a nice 2nd hand store that helps domistic abuse and they are priced very low with many things. Love your channel and how you get right to the point

Hey Tasha, you’re quickly becoming one of my favorite thrifting channels. I’ve wondered about spray painting a basket white then adding a dark wax or like the Waverly antiquing glaze or something like that? Any ideas? I definitely don’t want anything resembling a gray! I love either light, cool toned med or like a Walnut color!

Same 🙌🏼 It's funny you say that, I've been thinking about trying that same thing too. In fact, I might try a dark antique wax over top of the gray that I did, just to see how that looked. I definitely think it's a good idea although if I was starting one from scratch, I would probably use a tan color paint and then an antiquing wax rather than white?

I watch several thrifting videos, but notice I tend to stay subscribed to those that show the finds styled in a home setting, even if they are not permenent additions to the home. Love the Margot bag! Looks like that outlet store is a great place.
