In today's video, I'm upcycling 7 Thrift Store Finds using the NEW IOD's Candy Cane Cottage, which has a very vintage vibe, and I'm loving it! I had so much fun pulling items out of my stash and upcycling with this new IOD transfer. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed creating it! I could have used up the entire transfer, had I not been on a time crunch!

I love the four translucent vintage plates to which you added rose and berry transfers. They will transition from fall to winter so well. I would just have to put cookies in a little paper holder on them, or a cupcake with a bottom wrapper so the food stays safe.

I was kind of sad you covered the books with the hymnal pages. The title “The Mystery of the Flying Express” seemed totally appropriate for the Santa picture. 😊 Still super cute though.

Gorgeous creations, as always! My fave has to be the books. I noticed the beige one was a Hardy Boys book by Franklin W Dixon from 1941. LOVED the Hardy Boys, still have several. Love, love! Thought you might want to know that those plates are Monax, from the 1930s. I have my grandmother's beautiful platter. The pattern is called American Sweetheart. They are beautiful.

I love the enamelware pot with the candy cane transfer as well as the wooden box with the floral transfers. All of your projects turned out beautifully, but those two are my favorites. Your projects, as usual, are impressive.

I love these transfers! I love your vision. I do not understand how to decorate with those books with the real name of the book still on the spine. Help! I know I'm missing something simple!!

Great projects as usual! After sanding a used cutting board do you use a sanitizing product?
These transfers are really great! My favorite of these projects is the books...did you change the spine of the book or did you leave the original titles?
I loved all of them but I especially loved the Grandma stool, since I'm a Nana and bake cookies with my granddaughter. ( Edie is short for Edith, I'm a Nana, not an Eddie which most people read it as) ❤

Where did you get that bark tree that looks like the (Hobby Lobby )oak leaf style? Love the use of Kindest regards behind the Santa! You always seem to put such beautiful final touches.
