Another great thing to work with is grout. I see bags of grout quite often in thrift stores. Both sanded and non sanded work great for a cool effect.

Yasss girl, you need to! Such an easy trick to transform so many items 😍
It may be interesting to combine the baking soda paint technique with the ceramic pattern you made on the upcycled essence bottle/planter with the little window on your latest video. Not sure of the final result because of the "rough" texture brought by the baking soda but may worth the try...

YES! I actually had that exact thought to use the baking soda paint on my propagation vase! I will need to try doing a pattern on it in the future 😍 Thanks for the suggestion and for watching, Elodie 💛

You gave me a beautiful idea because I have the same wooden vase ❤️
Loved this method, I've 2 identical vases in a terracotta that I've had for over 20yrs now that have the same sheen that your start case had, and they don't fit in with my cottage any more, so think I'm on a new project tomorrow, thank goodness its shopping day also tomorrow do baking powder is going on the list. Xxx

Masja Stengård I think if you seal it, it can be! But I would be careful with the sealant and choose something matte to retain the rough texture (:

Just in case no one has told you yet. Get a gallon of gesso at home Depot or Lowes you put one coat over a canvas or wall so you only need one layer of white( maybe 2).
