Three Words: EPIC. ALASKA. HELI-SKIING.
Heli-skiing in the apex of skiing and snowboarding. Fresh powder snow on every run. No need to wait in lines at the chairlift. You go wherever you want. And if you add in Alaska as the location? It's hard to get better than that. I went on a trip to ski at Alyeska Resort outside of Anchorage. Alyseka is located by Girdwood, Alaska. There is a hel-iskiing company named Chugach Powder Guides that is also located in Girdwood that can take you skiing or snowboarding in the Chugach mountains. I was at Alyeska for one day and scheduled one day of heli-skiing. You experience is always subject to weather conditions, but I lucked out and we had sun and fresh snow. Totally worth every penny spent.

That looks awesome!!! Is heli-skiing exclusively for experts ? Or can intermediates and advanced intermediates experience it too?

Yes, they have terrain for intermediates too. You can tell them your level if you're going alone and they'll group you with others at the same level, or if you go with your own group of intermediates, you're golden. You should definitely go for it!

Haha! Yes, I said 1600 to 1800 when it should be 16k to 18k. At least the correct number is circled on the screen when I said it. You should totally go with the crew and film it. Would be awesome!

I used the Insta360 X3 in this video, with their invisible selfie stick attached to my helmet in some shots and my ski pole in others.
