Middle forming? Are those blue plastic pieced being forced into the cavity of the stator? This is done to ensure a consistent cavity dimension by forcing any stray stator pole windings outside of the minimum acceptable diameter?

some are AL, some are copper..
Too complicated mechanism for a simple task: forming stator coil, 54 seconds for each stator. I tnink less complicated mechanism can do same task.

Dear Cesar, Maybe. But make sure that the coil of the motor stator is not damaged.
