Might be a little late but a great way to join two outer cable (railing pieces) is to insert a metal train bogie axle between the two pieces. snug fit and a nice straight connection

As someone who lives near tracks and sees this train daily: perfect! I want Lego to release an official UP train someday. Also when I was a kid my dad had an old HO scale model railway and it had a UP locomotive so this is super nostalgic. Great work!!

There's a lot wrong with this 1st the Acela doesn't operate in los Angeles it operates on the northeast corridor 2nd it's pronounced GP fifty nine Eco as in eco friendly 3rd UP Y3001 doesn't operate in LA either it operates out of Portland oregon
