Joel... I really liked this tutorial and have come back to review it while I work on another photo. The photo I am working on now is a last hour of the day sunset where the white is just too shocking. Do you alter the white in this case or just warm it after? Thanks so much for this.

Hi Joe Thank you very much for your great video tutorial. I really like the way that you replace the sky and I really love the treatment of the entire image. I continue to work on my image compositor by following all of your video tutorials. Thank you Pat Hogarty from El Dorado hills California.

0:18 _"... because, my dad, my professors, everyone around me when I was starting out said, don't expect to make a living with your camera and I've been doing that for, close to 40 years."_ Fuck yeah! I love hearing stuff like that.

Awesome stuff, thank you. Photoshop is such a beast with so many ways to make a photo incredible or completely ruin it. Do you shoot with a Photoshop process in mind or evaluate after the shoot? I'll watch this several more times to understand the methodology better.

You once did a shoot with a Nefrititi Theme. I have a client who wants to do one (differently from yours and quite original), but we can not find a good Nefrititi Headdress. Can you point out where you got yours or would you be willing to sell that one if you have no more use for it?

nice lesson Joel / love your photography works / here, don’t you think that the skin colour of the model doesn’t match that coloured sky ?? but it should / that’s the problem with fake skies.... because skin tones reflect the environment colors the result looks fake if we don’t match model and sky colors, no? here, shouldn’t we color grade the beautiful model ??

Great questions Jovelino! As I say, "your vision may be different to my vision." If you wanted to smooth that out, you could use a photo filter or create a smart object and play around in ACR. I liked the dramatic effect this created though 🤓
