Three Creative Warm-Up Exercises | Neurographic Art for Calm Creating

Sometimes we just need to do some calm creating to lower stress, zone out or brainstorm some of the things we're working through. Here, I share three of my super-simple, favorite therapeutic art exercises using just paper and a sharpie marker. I utilize neurographic art techniques which have been shown to lower stress and is used for many psychological techniques for art therapy today.
