Please correct me if I'm wrong but I believe your Helix Angle is wrong in your pictorial thread.... I came here specifically looking to see how this is calculated and drawn. Helix Angle is ATAN (Pitch/PI x D) I'm not certain of which Diameter is used. Major, Minor or Pitch Diameter?
