You weren't there. Besides if you were you wouldn't fit in unlike how the marine band with whites playing did. So run along now and go racially segregate yourself out there

I am sure there were others, but the majority were Latinos. Don't find hate and complain where there's none. Latinos don't do it to other racial groups.

It's a voluntary commencement. Any student can apply, even non-Latinos. There are 25+ different heritages that participate in the spirit of collaboration and diversity. It is a celebration to pay tribute to the student or their parents' cultural origins. They all want to be there. Choose happiness for these students❤

@@PaulyWally30 Nobody is being hateful, just pointing out how blind our society has gotten out of activities that are “separate but equal “. We need to celebrate our young people together in unity.

@@calibean7736 That's good to know, but your comment is negative. I agree there should be unity, but you have to keep in mind there is so much work still to be done before that happens. In time, it will. Latinos are more for unity than any other group.

What? Where’s the White American’s special ceremony? I’m Brown but this I don’t agree with.

What racial inequities do white ppl face in the workforce and in college? none. And also remember that this is important bc California used to be Mexico, and many of these students have immigrant parents. Mexicans have been treated wrong for years, and now the wetos are mad that we’re getting recognition? Gtfo 💀
