I recently picked up my first otf after the mules delayed my shipment. Went with a Microtech Ultratech, figured start in the middle at the 250 range. Its basically a paper weight since i cant legally travel with it. Thats why i can see to blow 500 plus on like a MT combat troodon or a combat hellhound. They are fun to mess with.

Liked it Alot probably not as good quality as yours wish knifes didn't have to cost so much and people wonder wy so many buy clones well no shit maybe we don't all have thousends and thousends of $$$$$ that's why if the real name brands cared theyd drop there prices down way way down

Dude that the best letter opener.

It is a very intimidating knife and I can see it is made to be used offensively; it is a one trick piney but still a BadAss Knife!

Does it work well for defending your fentanyl?

The first OTF I got was the 9 inch Mago. It's pretty much useless but it is, in a way, if your fantasies are of a violent nature, beautiful. I like to admire it occasionally, flick it a few times and then put it away. Mine is in dark wood and black paint (which eventually gets scratched away). There is also an 11 inch and a mini version. I liked your video. You could be a character actor in Hollywood. Maybe you are!

They are cheap for a reason but at the same time they are pretty cool IMO. They look decent, the action is pretty good and I love to fidget with them at times. I mainly use knives like these for opening boxes/packages and other household uses, etc... If I want a proper knife to carry or for pretty much anything else, I use my Sypercos, Benchmades or Microtechs.

Same here. That one now lives in my backback of garbage knives. Ive been carrying a spyderco manix 2 lightweight in maxamet, an Kershaw Launch 8, S.O.G. Ultra XR, (all at the same time, for different cutting tasks) and been rotating between an ecos Knives custom kwaiken, BPS Savage, Benchmade 51 Morpho, or some other fixed blade around my neck.

@@erichusayn I agree, but for $25-$30, the Mago knives are cool to play with and use for just cutting everyday light stuff. No need to really care or worry about them though. They are novelty knives but still fun if you have a few bucks to spare.

I just started getting into knives and just got a mini Italian stiletto otf. I like to fidget with it idk if it’s gonna break if I keep doing it or how durable it is but I love the look of the Italian stilettos. But I agree there isn’t much use for them except in self defense situations or cutting boxes. But cool vid thanks for sharing 👍

The description on blade HQ even says that they are made for display and not intended for real world use, so the manufacturer isn't trying to present it as something that it's not and is transparent. Let's face it, thats true with most inexpensive blades and is why I buy American made pieces for serious usage

OIC, yeah they aren't a bad company and actually make better knifes that are more serious. Kershaw makes good knives and I'm thinking about getting a launch 7 to add to the collection. I think my son is getting me a desert tan hogue sig auto for Christmas and is a beauty
