I can’t say how refreshing it is to see a high level Jiujitsu athlete posting so much training footage on their own. One of my favorite things coming up was being able to watch guys like Marcelo and Rafa post rolls every week. I learn so much from rolling footage as opposed to match footage. And you aren’t even charging us. Most of the rolling footage I find now is either for a Flograppling piece, or maybe footage someone filmed at a seminar. And a lot of times those get pulled from KZread once the athlete realizes they were uploaded, and asks the person to take it down. I learn way more from rolling than instructionals. Thanks Andrew!

Something that stuck with me is you said you got alot more from watching Marcelo live and there's details people do live in the moment that is hard to remember and transfer in teaching. Literally observed one of those "aha" moments watching you at .25x speed on the back in this vid. Thanks!

I don't ever let anyone put me in side control, mount, or take my back during live rounds so the only way I get to practice these positions are through positional rounds. Practicing from specific scenarios can really help you plug holes in your game. I think you can really just pick a place to work on.
