thor's journey in marvel is just started if we compare with comics, and according to "DS in MoM" i think wanda is near her peak (maybe) or she is growing exponentially, we saw her struggling a little to make and destroy her hex but in MofM she did it so easily that shows how powerful she is becoming in such a short span provided dark hold and other emotions and stuff. But these what separates the both, thor in emotion becomes weaker while wanda became stronger, thor didn't try to find another way such as the eternity but wanda did find a way to get her family through multiverse. And after thor love and thunder we can actually say that now thor will grow exponentially in powers and in next thor movies we might see a huge control on his power, and can also define the words of odin "you are stronger!" . So if in mcu thor becomes more powerful than odin then no chance of any witch to get closer to thor. And in love and thunder we can actually see little glimpses of thor's new abilities and power, which is just starting.

If thor was at his 70-100% then love and thunder would take few minutes to complete. Just look at mcu thor and comic’s ruin king form, he is still far from reaching that level of power. Odin force can even fight against phoenix force, not powerful but can give a straight one on one fight. Odin fought a fed galactus!! Going against power cosmic with hid odin force!! No. And I can even say that Wanda has the strength of armored glass. I'll explain. Remember how Christina struck 3-4 times with some kind of heavy object on the armored glass behind which was America? So then America hit this glass and almost broke it. So, then in the end America used EXACTLY THE SAME blows (perhaps even stronger) on the Scarlet Witch, 5-6 times, and she didn’t even have any scratches, but even her condition was as if nothing had happened. In the MCU, Scarlet Witch may put up a good fight, but Thor wins majority if not all of the fights. Scarlet Witch is definitely powerful but she is a glass cannon, one Stormbreaker strike and she dies.

Some people are saying that Wanda has a usual skin like our skin. But guys, do remember how Christina struck 3-4 times with some kind of heavy object on the armored glass behind which was America? So then America hit this glass and almost broke it. So, then America used EXACTLY THE SAME blows (perhaps even stronger) on the Scarlet Witch, 5-6 times, and she didn’t even have any scratches, but even her condition was as if nothing had happened. So we can say that it has the strength of armored glass. Well, at least not exactly like a normal person anymore. And it is unlikely that it will be possible to kill her with a bullet. Yes I wrote it for the second time already but anyway.
