I mean, regardless of which side of the aisle someone is on the Goku/Superman and Vegeta/Thor fights, it just goes to show just how powerful DragonBall characters are, that it takes some of the absolutely most broken OP figures Marvel/DC have, to beat them. DB characters could wipe the floor with a huge majority of the characters in both those rosters.

@@owenjames8575Wielding Mjolnir doesn’t just mean you have to be a Warrior, you have to have the strength to fight and kill in the name of good, to be a righteous warrior. Vegeta is dark at heart and thus he can’t wield it, Spider-Man can’t wield it for the same reasons that Goku wouldn’t be able to wield it in that their hearts are too pure.

If you watched the movie (avengers 2) stark realised that vision could only lift the hammer because he was not an actual living being (i.e a robot basically) and the worthy criteria is only for actual living beings (like humans ,aliens ,etc) so thats why the elevator could carry the hammer like vision...

Frieza didn't kill the Saiyajins out of fear, he was ordered by Beerus to kill the Saiyajins because they were too full of their pride, and Beerus didn't like that. Frieza was blamed for something that Beerus ordered of him to do. the whole fear thing was just something the Saiyajins like Vegeta made up in their heads in order to explain as to why Frieza would betray them.

If anything, I feel like they get bonus points because of how Vegeta had the advantage in the fight at first, but once Thor went berserk, that's when the tables majorly turned. So even if he won, it was definitely a hard fought battle, considerin Thor had to be at 10x efficiency to really hammer his face in.

@@williamscott2580 so, by "historically" you're talking Golden Age and ignoring everything from the 70's on? Meaning the last... 50 years or so of DC comics? I mean, Golden Age versions are literally not even the same characters as the Silver Age versions, which goes back to the introduction of Earth 2 in the early 60's. Even if we are talking about Golden Age material, I haven't read a ton of it, but some, and I'm not sure what you would point to that indicates WW as clearly more powerful. By the time Supes starts actually flying, I would be surprised if she were consistently portrayed that way.

I wouldn't exactly called Vegeta a non-believer. He's met gods from several universes and shows Beerus the utmost respect.

When Vegeta went for the Final Flash I knew he was going to lose. He's literally never won after using that attack. Should have used his suicide attack instead.

or he should have hakai'd Mjolnir, thor resisted existence erasure, Mjonir didn't, after that thor loses his ability to will the energy out of vegeta/absorb ki, and ultra ego can overpower thor as a result.

U love to see it. the amount of slander I see from dragon ball fans to comics is insane. But yea there verses can’t be compared. It’s like how beyonder walked to marvels verse and found it to be LAUGHABLE. The sheer complexity and size is bigger than anything in dragon ball yet beyonder finds it so weak it’s LAUGHABLE. Anime/manga can’t be compared to comics. Just marvel alone has over 37,000 comics and ONGOING. There’s no series that got that amount of lore and power scaling out there.

Vegeta destroys mcu thor but comic thor is a different story but overall an amazing fight with amazing voice actors

Vegeta catching the hammer, then getting consequently speared into the ground made me audibly laugh out loud. That's definitely something he would do.

He is the first one to leap into battle inspiring all those around him, and yet even he is unable to wield Thor's hammer often. Like five times I think. Vegeta and Goku are nowhere near Captain America's standard so they wouldn't be able to pick up the hammer.

They honestly just dumb. They said ssg vegeta can destroy 13 universes, while goku in bog threaned the whole db macrosim aka 3 universes, and got that power to base. So they saying bog ssj goku one shots ssg vegeta in the manga lmao

If you are talking about Hulk VS Broly, its analysis is outdated and used a less accurate method of DB multipliers. In Hulk VS Broly, they said base Goku was 9×Universal and used the SSj1, SSj2 and SSj3 multipliers before using the "unknown SSB multiplier". But in Goku Black VS Reverse Flash and Thor VS Vegeta, they consider a new "base form" after the SSG power absorption. So basically, SSG is Goku and Vegeta new base form. Moreover, they used a Toriyama line, roughly saying "SSB is like the SSj1 of SSG", giving an estimation of SSB multiplier (SSB = 50xSSG) and outdating SSj1, SSj2 and SSj3 multipliers. So now, they estimate Base Goku and Vegeta at 13xUni (because DB universe is potentially 13x bigger instead of 9) and the following evolution: SSB = 50xBase SSB Evolved = SSBxKaioken = 20xSSB Ultra Ego = 20xSSB Evolved

I like to imagine that Thor misunderstood Vegeta's "burn in hell" and was briefly very confused.

Technique and logistics could end Thor in minutes if Vegeta's perks are used to full potential. With Goku it could end in seconds, keep that in mind.

Same, though I legit in pain when I see Vegeta lose. I was hoping he would win, and hope that I was wrong, but I knew Thor would win, though I was initially think that Vegeta would win because of Hulk vs Broly as he and Hulk were technically on par, and Vegeta are my most favorite character than Thor, until I learned that Thor has gotten buffer than before, I was absolutely devastating and choose Thor instead. @@MAC09 As they said in the analysis, Thor has resisted everything the Hakai is supposed to erase. Thor would be able to not be destroyed by it more times than he would be destroyed by it. Vegeta is one of my favorite anime characters, but I knew before the video dropped that Vegeta would lose. He did make Thor work for that win though, which made me happy for the Prince of all Saiyans.

I don’t know if it was intentional, but I like how the beginning showed Vegeta’s development as a character. When Thor first threw his hammer at Vegeta, Vegeta gave him a warning not to do it again or he will attack him. And when Thor didn’t listen, Vegeta attacked him. Pre-Super Vegeta would have just straight up attacked him, no warning.

Something about vegeta laughing when he tries to catch the hammer really does it for me 😂

@@vampir6286 the only reason hela could do that was because the hammer used to be hers and most of the energy in it was hers not even odin can destroy that hammer

"Thou art UNWORTHY!" that one line was the most painful hit Vegeta took in the entire fight. If you know Vegeta's story (which im sure we all do) that's just devastating.

Not Odin’s eyes, Mjolnir’s eyes are what is proven worthy, as Odin himself could not lift the hammer with the worthiness enchantment, and Odin likely believes himself to be worthier than anyone else.

Rather than debate the result, I wanna say the voice acting, fight choreography, and animation were absolutely STELLAR during this battle. Massive applause to everyone who worked on it, this was an amazing spectacle!

it’s ironic how 90 percent of the time whenever they get tfs voice actors they always lose, goku, vegeta, alucard etc

Lani had that dog in him when voicing Vegeta! It was amazing!!
