**OPEN THE DESCRIPTION TO JUMP TO DIFFERENT STATIONS!**
This is a video of me taking the Singapore MRT Thomson-East Coast Line from Gardens by the Bay to Woodlands North. The Thomson-East Coast Line is the newest line in the Singapore MRT station and has been gradually opened in stages. 3 stages of the line are currently open and 2 more are expected to be completed by 2025. By then, the line will run from Woodlands North near the northern tip of Singapore down to Marina Bay in the city centre in the southern end of the island before going east and running along the East Coast all the way to Sungai Bedok.
The Thomson-East Coast Line currently has 20 stations in operation, and it takes around 48 minutes to travel the entire length of the line. I started at the Gardens by the Bay station located near the southeastern end of the Gardens and the Marina Barrage and headed north. The line is entirely underground, so I will focus on the inside of the train most of the time and only point my camera out the window when the train enters a station.
This video is very long so I will list the stations along the way, their names in Chinese, other lines served by them, notable attractions near them and the time stamp at which the train arrived at the stations.

Please be aware that 2 stations, Marina South (濱海南) and Mount Pleasant (快樂山) have been completed but are not open to the public yet. The stations are expected to open when the surrounding areas are better developed and demand for MRT services goes up.
After getting off the train at Woodlands North, I exited the station and had a look around. There was hardly anything around the station besides a building or two belonging to the Republic Polytechnic and a public transport interchange. I can hear construction being carried out on the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System though - The RTS Link is expected to be completed by 2027 and will link Woodlands North with Bukit Chagar in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, providing frequent train services across the Singapore-Malaysia border.
