Flip was happy as hell to see Shepherd 🥺. But Flip was right “They can’t erase what we were man. Shep they can’t erase what we were 🗣💯!” That shit echo and burns in my mind man. Just because you get old? You might not be able to do something you used to do well when you was younger? But you can still do it you’re just aging. My grandma spoke those words before R.I.P.! Bernie Mac was basically saying that the youth (marlon wayans and duane Martin) cant erase the history that him and Thomas Sheppard created back when they were champions...... ( even though bernie mac character was a crack head in this movie, he was previously a good basketball player that attended the same high school as Marlon wayans and Duane martin..…but he just became a crack head due to life circumstances…Basically... everyone makes different decisons in life, but, you cant erase what they did…

I feel like this logic applies to NBA 2k. With the exception of Jordan and a few others, the Legends of basketball NEVER get their full respect in the game. 😔 Now, on sports center, we are debating whether Steph Curry is better than Magic Johnson?!?!?!? You must’ve watched Blackbusters movie review when they done Above the Rim. Nah, Nutso was a real person even 2pac express to Shep that he remember them two always going at each other all night playing ball together. Flip was a whole other person but we really don’t know why he ended up being on the streets in the condition he was in. With a name like Nutso you would think he wasn’t the brightest guy.

Birdie didn’t have to kill the man. It’s like since he’s the big man in the neighborhood the trash had to go which was Flip. But Shep could’ve helped that man though. But maybe Shep knows him better than we do the audience. He was probably a man about pride but pride got his ass tooken out. He could’ve moved somewhere else to another ball court somewhere. Maybe he was at the ball court cause that was home to him for he used to play basketball
