He's a genius. He's so genuine in this interview and always honest.

I really like the idea that the music comes to him from some unknown place - that he receives it. his music is ethereal, haunting and otherwordly.

He sounds totally tired and depressed and I wanna give him a hug! He is just so fragile it seems..

he's just an artist. people who are very intelligent and artistic come off as rude because their minds are racing with things they are far more interested in and are far more important than some mindless dribble of a conversation haha

I think thom is awfully aware of what he's doing and how others might view it, like at the start he makes an effort to put in a more enthusiastic hi

The questions were fantastic, I was wondering if he'd comment on the reflection/parallel world question and unsurprisingly he did. That and the composure of the interviewer make this one of his best interviews imo.

His music just pops into his head? Such a genius.. I've been thinking that's probably how most famous musicians make their masterpieces, it's just channeled into them like some supernatural force. Makes me hope that one day I'll just start hearing good music in my head, but that'll probably never happen.

He is honest, thats what makes him an "asshole". If he doesnt like anything he will say it. And that's one of the reasons I look up to him so much. Hes not playing any game.

Many talented people say that their work has little to do with them themselves and that it's more like tuning into some stream of information from the outside. Thom said it it too

yorke's quite a mysterious character, cos sometimes he's like this, confident, or fidgety and nervous, or like of big fat quiz of the year 2007 when he was just hilarious

i've just realize that he has more artistic sense than others musicians. For instance, he liked the question about what he thought about his music and stuff. And also about can't hearing his album....I like him now, :)

@Renneskid Yeah, I did notice that he started looking at her a lot more in the latter half of the interview, after I wrote the comment. I also found out about his left eye thing after my initial comment, and I think that definitely affects his subconscious feelings about making eye contact :)
