Not many people know, but he narrated documentaries as well. Something about his voice that makes you shiver

Dexter is one of my favourite series, he's a great person and he's not psychopath at all but he played one of the most charming psychos ever. He's just a serious kind of guy and serious and handsome men are the best. He's an aristocratic type of man and not too random either. He's impressive and flawless 😊🙂

Apparently the writers didn't wanna go with the notion that a serial killer can get away with it, and live happily...that's very weird, murderers for the most part do get away with it, they rarely get caught in reality

​@@erawwwww Actually, it was like that in the past before the Forensic advandces (specifically the DNA), but in our current century irl characters like casual murderers or serial killers decreased due to the forensic advances. That's one of the reasons we don't have the same amount of serial killers as we had in the past century. Nowadays we can say that these potential "serial killers" are more likely to be caught before they can be named as "serial killers"

we needed way more Dexter than we got. New Blood was amazing, but I definitely felt like we could've gotten a couple more seasons out of that with Michael as Dexter. But it was nice seeing him back in action after such a long break. and I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds for Harrison in season 2

Just in case you missed it they did nine seasons. The ninth season aired in 2021 and picked up 10 years later following Dexter and his teenage son Harrison

Actually Dexter is more of a sociopath, because he has true feelings. If nothing else shows it then the end of season 8 does as true psycho wouldn't think the pain they cause to others

they did another season in 2021 that finished off the story. The series was called "Dexter: New Blood". There's a second season coming that follows his son Harrison and will feature other characters from the original series

Its like the biggest middle finger ever. I loved every episode of dexter, except the final episode of season 8. It just seemed so underwhelming, considering the show had been so satisfying up till that point. I haven't seen new blood yet, so I'll have to see how that does.

I love how dude clearly asked him if he had to do any "preparation" as a gay undertaker and dex had to play dumb to sway the topic to dead bodies. Him and will smith probably have similar "undergoings" in the industry................

The character is truly a stretch. Still I enjoyed the dang show.

My favorite actor, though Jim Parsons as Sheldon Cooper compliments Michael C. Hall in Dexter perfectly. '06 and '07. After scoring 187 on the IQ test coming out of Texas and being recorded by a Jewish child prodigy database as the #1 female score in the nation, I feel deeply connected to both these shows. So much love for all these people.

"New blood" is coming back for a second season, maybe more starting in 2025 following the character of Harrison and including some of the original cast from the original series. I'm interesting to see what they do with Harrison's character

Imagine if you noticed Michael following you 😅

**Spoiler alert** Dexter turns out to be too much of a coward to kill himself. Even in the face of realising he’s become the type of killer he used to hunt. Instead he lets his son, Harrison, do it. Which is surprisingly a more cheerful and satisfying end (season 9) to the series than the original ‘end’ of season 8. Seasons 1-4 though… greatest show ever!!

Although it was great to see Dexter back on screen again to begin with, there were many MANY details in the latest series that really annoyed me!. pretty much everything you said plus the gunshot to Dexters leg that magically healed overnight. the evidence trail he left behind after taking out the first guy in this season. He may have been rusty, but FFS he spent how many years as a blood splatter analyst?!! A really good one!.. you don’t just forget everything about your trade after taking a break for a few years. There’s so much more LOL.. but instead, I think I’d rather reminisce about moments like when he hides in Trinity’s boot and comes out of nowhere and smashes the bonnet on his head!.. haha it was such a great show!!

Prior to that, it was a witty, cheerful and well written, enjoyable Show, that succeeded in convincing a huge audience to root for a serial killer! Then s5 happened and that all went to sh*t. I’m all for twists and turns in storylines, even U-turns, but this was something else entirely. s6 is back to pretty much what it was like before!.. in terms of overall tone. I especially loved that trailer for season six set to a Marilyn Manson song! That was really good!..
