😊 I love this home. Very different floor plan coming inside, but still livable. Love the entire 2nd floor! Ample storage, wall space for furniture, privacy in the trees or with views. Thank you for the tub and shower! Kitchen and dining are with LR are open and airy. There is a bit of wasted space in that foyer to kitchen areas and a storage are could be added but would block some of the stairway view (all the more private). Love that fireplace. My only question/concern is does the roof (upstairs) completely cover all the decking? At least 2nd floor decking? Snow is so heavy and chunks falling can cause entryways to be blocked and destroy or crush balconies.

A dramatic house with the potential to customize. The massive upstairs master suite could be reconfigured into two smaller bedrooms, making the downstairs bedroom the master with direct access to the bathroom. Then part of the entry area could add a half bath for guests.

It’s nice. Don’t like the full bath facing the front Fourier. A half bath there would be better and maybe a shower stall in the bedroom. Move the bedroom closet to the left of the shower and to the right of the half bath. I wouldn’t want to be coming out of the shower and look at the front glass door of my home wearing a towel or my birthday suit.

Beautiful, but a lot of wasted space. How do you heat and cool this house?

Not a bad layout. Entrance way is too big, some of that space could be used for a larger living room. That upstairs landing where the chairs are - looks like that window can open, but how do you get back there? The upstairs bathroom layout is strange, I would swap the toilet with the tub and put in a pocket door. Then you could make the shower bigger. Also there is too much wood inside that home. Painted drywall is better.

Since it's only drawing ... Not so great.

Oh dear, off grid?, nice dance floor on the bottom level. Heating would not heat a house of this size, too little storage, no fans (which may help with heating and cooling). No suggested window treatments which may help with heating/cooling and no suggested latitude or aspect.
