Hey there's a suggestion for you. Try to eat raw ladies finger, 8-10 per day, any time you feel like. It doesn't taste yummy and all, it'll be bland but has a very good effect. I had dry skin issues, even dryness in private parts which has now reduced. I don't follow it religiously. But I have been told to eat raw bhindi everyday for at least 6 months. I can see some positive effects in a month or so, though I skipped eating it a few days in between.

Namastey madam, i have two children both deliveries are c sections. Second child is 6th month baby girl. Iam deciding to learn yoga.... So kindly suggest now can I start or not.... Which Asanas can I do ...... Which is the best website to learn yoga... ..if I do yoga my c section part will be OK or not..... Plz suggest madam..

You can do yoga after completely healing the surgery under expert supervision and guidance. We suggest one on one sessions with a good yoga trainer.
