I have been using the blue one for over a year now and i believe it has reshaped my face. I’ll be 55 years old this year and I think it has helped to build up a bit of muscle around my jaw and cheeks giving my face more contour and shape, something that declines as we age and naturally loose fat around our face. I use it during my 45 minutes commute to work. I’m sure I get some odd looks from other drivers if they see me but I don’t really care. 🤣 I believe it works.

Simple tricks to develop a good jawline: 1. Keep mouth closed most of the time (meaning don't leave your mouth open hanging when you're idle) breathe with nose, not your mouth. 2. Sit straight with your head facing forward, not down. Ever wonder how the previous generation had good jawlines and we are now watching tutorials to achieve it? Posture.

I'd recommend finding those exercises (chin/neck exercises) and doing those as you use the chew tool thingy. You will eventually lose fat in your face as well but where you lose fat first depends entirely on your genetics

It makes perfect sense that it would work. It’s usual to see people who weight train seriously sporting a chiselled jawline - look at Arnie. It’s because as they lift, they clench their jaws and it builds up the muscles. It’s why they use a mouth guard to protect their teeth. I had a friend who weight trained a lot and his jawline was to die for. His brother was very similar looking, but didn’t train and had a rounder jawline...but he wasn’t overweight, wasn’t carrying any lose weight. I’m going to give it a go. 😊👍

It needs more time(muscle are the fastest to grow and ligments the slowest) but you should get a bigger jaw After 1+ years of consistent training because yours Bones should grow a Little. So if your muscle grow a bit and your Bones also you should notice a difference. In particular After dieting and losing the fat on your face.

I'd take it slow and get a good feel for it in your mouth before adding additional strain to the workout. It takes up a good amount of space in your mouth, so if you're say, on a treadmill and running at a good pace, the last thing you want is taking a deep breath and getting it lodged in your throat.

there is one significant problem with those before and after photos, notice the shadow type on the wall, it's completely different, one is softer, one is harder shadow, guess which one will accentuate your jaw more? yeah, sharper stronger shadow on the right. basic cinematography/photography

These type of videos always involve shit like this. It's rather you what just mentioned then or just losing BF. You can't change your bone structure without surgery and the muscles on your face are far more different then the ones you would train at the gym but people wanna cope and deny this with stupid videos like this.

I see no difference in those before and after photos. But what is interesting is that Your face/head color changed, on first photo You had only cheek a bit purplish and rest of head yellow, on after photo your whole head is purplish which is interesting and probably also more natural, but this also could be caused by camera somehow, or sea visit :D . Also lighting is different so after shots have better looking shadows.
