She has a MacBook Pro, but the webcam cover is something you have to buy separately as far as I'm aware. Just search "Webcam cover" and you'll find plenty, also they're luckily quite cheap, so no need for a whole new laptop.

For foreign languages degrees in England, you spend your third year abroad. So, she will probably spend either a few months in Spain and a few in Germany in 2021? I think?

I took A level maths last year and I would say that yes it's possible, as long as you ACTUALLY understand what's going on in the questions!

In no way am saying you shouldn't go out/document it (gotta live your best life girl) but am just curious as to whether vlogging nights out etc would jeopardise any chances of an extension/extenuating circumstances? I know that at my uni it'd mean they'd say you had enough time but used it in other ways etc so just want to make sure you don't run into the same problem! It’s probably because they’re (I’d assume) formatives and not summatives. For summatives you’d need a good good reason.

Hey eve, I love your uni vlogs!!! But I have realised they’re not the same as the ones at the start of your oxford journey, I’m not sure if it’s because you’re putting less effort into them (hence being much shorter) or you’re just very busy , but anyways hope you have a better week next week ❤️

these vlogs are anything BUT boring! you are so so productive and also have such a good social life while at uni, i dont know how you do it

Would it not make more sense to stay in/not go out clubbing and finish the essay?! I genuinely don’t know any other highly academic uni student who goes clubbing more than eve! I mean it’s your life and your degree, you do with it what you want but this rush to get essays finished is not necessary at all!

Sarah Sunderland Exactly... now Eve’s gotten into Oxford, she’s adopted this whole ‘I’ve worked hard throughout my school life so don’t need to work hard anymore’ attitude which is really disappointing to see. For someone who seemed really academic, I thought she would embrace being at Oxford and make use of the wonderful academic facilities around her...

Z x with all respect, I don’t think that’s really fair. With a friend that goes to oxford, she told me that she feels the need to go out a lot in order to stay sane because of all of the academic pressure. It is also eve’s first year of uni so she probably wants to go out more and maybe hasn’t perfected the work/life balance (which is normal for uni students in first year), I’m sure she’s still doing well academically
