Using Velcro Rollers on short hair for a bouncy blowout look! this is 19 months grown out so this is my first time using rollers on years!
APPLY PRODUCTS :
HEAT PROTECTANT: @LoveKevinMurphy Heated defense- Use to protect your hair from heat damage.
ANTI.GRAVITY SPRAY: @LoveKevinMurphy a weightless volumizing spray
BEGIN PRE-DRY: blow-dry 80-90% of the water out before you start round brushing.
SECTION OFF: Divide your hair into sections using clips or hair ties. This will make it easier to work with smaller sections and ensure each part gets evenly dried and styled.
ROUND BRUSH: @OliviaGardenInt a blow dryer with a concentrator nozzle attachment to direct the airflow (pay attention to the size round brush you are using. It depends on your hair length)
Roll Your Hair: Take small sections of hair and wrap them around the Velcro rollers, starting from the ends and rolling them up towards the roots. Secure the rollers in place by pressing them gently onto your scalp.
COOL DOWN/REMOVE: the the rollers sit until they are completely cooled down. To help speed up this process you can always set your blowdryer to the cooler setting. This helps to set the style and adds shine. Gently unwind them from your hair to avoid tangling or pulling.
FINISH WITH STYLING: Once the rollers are out, you can gently tousle your hair with your fingers or use a brush to style it as desired. You can also apply a light-hold hairspray to set the style and add extra volume.
