Thank you so much for this Gabi! My hair looks like yours when I dry it naturally only I have fine hair and a lot of it. It used to be a lot curlier but now that I have gray on the top, the top does something totally different now than what’s underneath I’m gonna give this a try and see if I can’t nail it.

Every blow dryer brush company should definitely have you as their spokesperson along with this video. It was so thoroughly informative as you took your time explaining to us the correct way to use the brush. I always wondered what I was doing wrong, I was drying my hair too much with the blow dryer, not rotating the brush enough. and not using smaller sections. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This is THE BEST tutorial for drying hair and getting volume I’ve ever seen. You explained everything at a tempo that was methodical, easy to follow, and showed us how to do it on our own heads. Most KZread stylists demo on a manikin or a model which does not help the person who actually has to style the hair on her own head. So thank you!

Thank you so much for such a helpful tutorial. I think this will change the way I dry my hair every day.

Fantastic tutorial! I have struggled for ages with everything you mentioned - and I too have thick curly/wavy hair! I just bought a new dryer brush so this tutorial is very timely! I always did the bottom section (back and sides) then worked up from there in sections. Can’t wait to see how your directions for the crown work out too as I have a crazy cowlick there (back top crown on my right where the hair lies super flat and parted opposite ways at the root)! Thanks so much!

I can't relay to you how your video has completely changed my hair relationship!! I was going to cut it all short again, but no need now. I also have super fine Marcia Brady hair and can get my entire bob in a tiny clip as well so thank you for sharing that yours is similar which gave me hope to try this. Most online videos are just built on fabulousness versus the real day-to-day struggles. Truly I thank you. ❤

Hi Gabi, This popped up when I was looking for best ways to use a round brush. Thank you ever so much for explaining everything so carefully. The one thing I took away from your post is I was not holding the brush long enough until the hair was completely dry. I was taking the brush away too quickly and was left with the frizz. Thanks again from Jenn Vancouver, Canada.

I have a Calista blow dry brush and it works well. I learned several tips from this video to get more volume on top (pull hair up and then forward), maybe smaller sections, that I'm going to try.

Thank you! I've had a blow brush for years, and I layer the hair, as you said. It looks nice, but I haven't ever been satisfied with the crown area. Voila! You just fixed that! I'm excited.

I bought this tool after seeing you use it and it is magical. Thanks for the tutorial! I made a couple mistakes by not rough drying and not drying thoroughly. Thanks again! ❤

YES! It is a magical hot tool. If I could only have one hot tool forever, it would be a blowdryer brush for sure. I am so glad that this tutorial was helpful for you. I know there were a lot of questions about how to use this properly.

I have wavy (not quite curly) frizzy hair. I found the blowout brush a while ago and fell in love with it. I recently tossed my old one as it was getting way too hot. I ordered a Lange one, and am not sure how much I love it yet. This video is so helpful! I was one of "those people" who was not quite using my brush correctly and ending up with some frizz still in my hair. I love the way that you explained this so completely and step by step.

Ok, I was skeptical at first. But I followed your tips, and I FINALLY am able to reproduce what my stylist does! Usually I look great for the first 3 days and then back to my unglossy, unlisted “normal”. The root lifter, the application of volumizer to the mid and ends, and the Mohawk (genius) took it next level. I can’t thank you enough!

I have this blowout brush and absolutely love it! It works great for the volume and shine when using on my fine hair. New to me are the techniques you demonstrated to get more lift at the crown and how to not have a set part. Definitely looking forward to trying these. Thanks Gabi for all the tips and tricks you share in your videos. Love watching! 💖😊

I have this tool and have not had much success with it. However since viewing this video I am going to give it another try. You have been so helpful to help me understand how to use it plus waiting first to blow dry my hair until at least 50% dry. I was going in straight in from towel drying and had a mess. Had to grab my blow drying and finish with a regular round brush. Thanks for the help.

You look gorgeous--makeup, hair, skin. Thanks for a really excellent tutorial. Love it! Seems doable though I have thick, textured, long hair (2-3 inches past shoulder) that I have never been able blow dry. I have a weekly appt at a local salon and they wash and blow my hair (and color) and it lasts for the week. Again, love what you demonstrated here.
