i have a heart condition too and i’ve always felt bad bc i can’t do cardio the way other people can. it’s good to know i’m not alone. you’re brave for the stair master that thing kills me hahaha

I love the stair master. I put a towel over the time and speed and set my phone up to watch TV or KZread. If you have a specific show that you like, you can save it so you only ever watch it while on the stairmaster

I feel like I get to see so much more of your personality on KZread than TikTok and I love it!

I also absolutely love academia!!! I definitely relate, I'm having a hard time deciding on a graduate degree because I'm interested in learning so many different things!

I’m watching this Vlog on the treadmill right now! It’s a great way to catch up on vids & it really helps pass the time. Otherwise, outdoor walks listening to audiobooks is definitely my favorite form of movement

You sound like you'd enjoy academic librarianship!! You should look into it in the future after this degree, oftentimes university librarians need a few master degrees (including their master of library science)!! And its such a good way to always be learning and doing research!
