Finally the videographer is doing Leila justice with the more feminine branding around her (wavy, flowy, muted colors, more beige locations and environment, etc.). Good that you recognized that she doesn’t need the same personal brand identity as Alex. I was dearly waiting for someone in the team to have that aha moment. I am delighted to see her makeup also changed. Much more natural and you, dear Leila, are rocking it.

Also... love the broll as day in the life - style! Love the color pallet. Love seeing b-roll shifts with Leila's gorgeous hair in different styles and her in outfits and her nudes/ black and white clothing style. It's amazing to listen to her wisdom with this feminine, frame-shift style.

This is actually LIFE CHANGING. Do people not realise that 99% of their problems are how attached they are to their intrusive thoughts? I've been overweight for so long because everytime my mind would tell me to go eat, I would act on it because i thought it meant something. But I've realised, it means literally nothing. Like I know nothing and my intrusive thoughts know even less. Intrusive thoughts can be productive but I want to argue that majority of the time, they aren't.

Yes! About what she said about not letting thoughts control you, I recommend the book Letting Go. It talks about how to let go of emotions and find the peace and wisdom behind them by letting it happen, and they naturally dissipate, and you’re not as reactive to your environment.

Are some thought worth thinking about? Currently I have so many options about what to do next in my life and I don't know which one to choose. Literally I ask myself these questions : - What is a good life? - Is living a good life even important? - What path should I choose in my life? - What if I am wrong about the path and have regrets? - Is this thinking even worth it? Or I am just thinking about how to live my life instead of living it? I don't know if other people where in my place someday and can advise me here? To give some context, it has been a year since I started my company and I worked in the same field and failed at multiple projects (because of some parameters I didn't knew about). That's seems like what Alex describe as "The valley of despair". I don't know where to go next.

I suffer the opposite. The moment it's on my mind is when I just find myself not doing them. It's great when it comes to killing anxiety but counteractive when it spills over when I am thinking on doing anything productive. The whole "Let's do it tomorrow or later (mainly because you can't do it immediately)" just kills all the drive. Or when I plan on something or tells someone about my plan as part of trying to refine the strategy just gets stuck on planning stage. I hate it.

I can accept the anxious thoughts but what do you about the physical symptoms? I get stomach pain.I can’t sleep well. I wake up feeling like my heart racing or with chest pain. My heart is fine ( I’ve had it checked) . I then feel exhausted because I don’t sleep and can’t concentrate on my work. This creates more work because I get behind on my work.

I started to write a comment reminding her that Leila is at the head of a huge company, and that it is certainly because she has experienced ups and downs that she decides to borrow rather than buy. But that would fit into his game, and now I’ll be as "bad" as him Let’s be smart, find the right arguments and debate without aggressiveness!
