I was raised Christian my entire life and I never understood what Jesus did on the Cross. One day I came across a video from Ray comfort and I understood! praise God, he is good.

Your gifts for the Lord are used so humbly and for His glory. Not everyone can responsibly handle everything God has entrusted you with in your life. Amazing witnessing, teaching and speaking. I was saved reading the book Way of the Master in my car before evening Church service, the book came free along with two others so was unexpected coming in the post, and was born again 16yrs ago thanks to the use of the Law :)

OH HOW I WISH I had heard this teaching as a brand new believer!!!! I was told Jesus would change my life, thats all. But what happened was I became an even WORSE sinner than before in my own eyes, and troubles plagued me. My life was HARDER as a new believer in Jesus, than better. Jesus was faithful and never let me go, and through conviction, by conviction CHANGED my life from a vile sinner to one that walked with Jesus who loved me. NO ONE told me the truth of the gospel. Its been now 50 years. Over these many years it has been the CONVICTIONS of the Holy Spirit living IN me that has saved me from a life of sin! I LOVE CONVICTION!!!!

MORE PEOPLE NEED TO HEAR THIS!!!

My Christian daughter is married to a man that my husband and I love very much but he isn’t saved. He curses constantly and it’s hard for my daughter to live a victorious life hearing profanity all of the time when he’s home. My daughter quite often asks him when he’s using our Lords name in vain “are we at church? Are you preaching?” Like you said about the cursing cashier. Please pray for my daughter’s husband. He has a good heart but he really needs the Lord.

Tell your daughter to be quiet and pray for her husband. Her exact situation is in the Bible. She needs to be quiet for a year and let her husband watch her live a life of salvation in Christ. I’m praying with yall

My dad was a baby believer and he was working on something and he kept cursing it by saying, “God dammit.” He did this over and over again getting more and more frustrated each time, finally I said instead of cursing it why don’t you try praying and blessing this situation. He laughed and said, “oh bless it.” And it finally worked. “What do you know about that!” He changed on this in a second with that mini miracle. To flippantly use the name of the Lord is done in more than just cursing, it’s most often done in trying to self justify or claim God is for or against things he never spoke on, for example there are a lot of false prophets who walk around claiming other people to be false prophets not realizing they are the ones being false prophets using the name of the Lord in vain when they never heard from God to do what they are doing. Once my dad was a true believer he could address the concept of using the name of God to curse or bless and he very quickly realized if he’s going to be praying, he should probably start praying that he doesn’t curse the object he wants to work. It didn’t do any good to tell him to stop the cursing before he was a believer. If anything I used to use that as an opportunity to talk about God with him or more gently offer to pray. My point is if you can get someone to stop using the name of the Lord God in vain, and yes that might benefit them, but they don’t actually submit and surrender to God they still are not saved. Once saved they want to make the changes, the problem is most people still think the saving comes by making changes besides submitting to Jesus, it doesn’t.

I was in the group of pastors a couple weeks later watched was blown away started ordering tracts when you were selling out of your garage.

I seek you Lord every day. Jesus you are my strength. Jesus give me strength. Lord both of my sons are special needs they require so much from me. Lord I continue to struggle in providing for them. Father God it is overwhelming and challenging especially now because I’m homeschooling them so my hours to work are limited. As a single mother I’m barely getting by. As I struggle to buy groceries and as I struggle to pay rent Lord give me strength. With you Lord Jesus by my side I can’t fail.

The reason why this works is based upon how our subconscious mind works (Neural linguistic pathways) and the knowledge of God that is written in each of us. You are correct in your approach to sharing the gospel, scientifically and Biblically. God’s incredible creation never ceases to amaze.

This is an important message that needs to b addressed in @ churches. We do not need follow ups when a soul is truly convinced that they have sinned against a wholesome and morally perfect God. If they only know that they R storing up wrath [harsh n just anger] for themselves by their sins, n rebellion; n so deserving of judgment, then when repentance sets in leading to true conversion; they will not be lost to falling away.

After you know and accept Jesus as your saviour then you are no longer under the law, the next verse: Galatians 3:25 (KJV) But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
