The way I took it was she was back in the house and seeing her memories of them together. That’s why she could see herself as well. Also when she first looks at the piano it’s covered up, and then the camera pans and he’s playing it. At the end she walked outside in the sun to die like he did because she couldn’t live without him.

there are 2 stories in this video. he turned her out of love and sacrificed himself so she can live. story 2 she is seeing the past (furniture covered and different clothes on) and living with it but without him she gave up so she decides to die the way he did. because she kept reliving the day he died over and over again. so her death was way after his.2 different stories same ending. died for love.

I heard a another story where he didn't fight back the crowd because he couldn't live with turning her into the monster he was. After all, she did end it because she couldn't handle what he was. And honestly, I prefer this story as it best fits the meaning behind the song, a song about being an addict, being a "monster". But, I suppose, in a sense, love still plays a role in this version. After all, she did return to him.

I was an alcoholic before her, I’m basically alcoholic Super Sayan after her 😂 ever black out drinking and learn you have a bunch of new friends that you don’t remember? Wakeup a town over in your new friend’s house and not know a single person but they all think you’re dope? 😂 or learn someone’s mom tried taking you back to her place and you barely escaped 😂

@@wellitsureisntdale1860 There have been a few times on cruises that I had a bunch of new friends the next day who I didn't remember... super awkward lol. Good luck with your booze-battle, brother. I'm still drinking, but I've been adamant about cutting myself off before I get drunk. 6-7 beers is my limit. It's a start. I plan on being done with alcohol for good by June.

There is so much to this video and I love how Ronnie incorporated Paige into it. From what I understand Paige has a rough past too and they saved each other. After watching popular monster and this one I can see similarities in the videos. Love the passion in his songs.

Falling in reverse is awesome. It has a nice calming sound and then goes hard. AMAZING song!

You know, as a recovering alcoholic, this video is exactly what I needed. As someone pointed out in the comments, the vampire aspect of this video is a metaphor for addiction..... Ronnie kicks my ass with it. Which is exactly what I need because I'm right on the cusp of defeating alcohol addiction, but I keep slipping here and there and over drinking sometimes... at this point I don't need a little "nudge" to get over the hump... little nudges haven't gotten it done...I need a fucking SHOVE. This video is doing it. I just discovered it today and it's my 7th or 8th time watching it. It's so intense it can't NOT hit home (where my heart is) 😉 and it hits DEEP. You got most of it I think. Also another sublayer I have only seen one catch. When she is in white she is remembering him and their life together. That is why she watches him and her by the piano to remembering him being dragged off. Not sure if it is she is a ghost from dying that day with him, or she knowingly stands in the light another day when she can not go on without him. Maybe something Ronnie will answer one day.

Nah it's about addiction, he speaking metaphorically about being a vampire. This is a revamped version of the original song "I'm not a vampire" check out the original.

Simplified it's drug addiction and love saved them; but she was weak he gave his life to save her she couldn't live without him.
