Happy Monday, folks! Let me know what video/s you would like me to make. 😊Lots of love. xx
I loved your "dissect a poem" series! Please do more videos about how you write/analyse poetry or annotate text!
@jenvcampbell

Thank you! I'd definitely like to do more of those. x
Dear Jen, congrats on 5 years of the channel 👏🏼👏🏼🥰I’d like to see a video about taking a walk in nature or a casual cooking(such as making a pizza, like what you’ve done before) Sending hugs🤗

Thank you, Rita! x
I would suggest a video with your personal milestones for the 5 year milestone celebration. I love when people see beyond the numbers and into their really meaningful moments. Congrats, btw!
I’d love more Fairy Tales with Jen videos!!!! And more poetry videos. And more videos about fairy tales in general. And congrats on 50k!!!!!! 🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊
I love seeing Lola at the end! Could you make a video about her and maybe include books featuring dogs/pets?
Oh Jen thank you! So many times I've admired your headwear and wanted to ask how you do it, but didn't. I thought you might prefer that we keep comments book related. So now that you've asked if we have other questions, YES, and here are my two... Would you PLEASE walk us through that lovely garden we often see out your windows? I garden here in the US, so I'd love to hear you tell us a bit about what grows in your world. Also, would you talk a bit about your sweet little dog? Thank you bunches! Congratulations on your KZread success and on your books! You are a jewel!

I agree on both!
Darling Jen! What an adorable little chat! I'm glad you had fun on vacation with your loved one. Much love from California!
Unbelievable was amazing totally agree
Wow, the possible Chernobyl connection is food for thought, I can see why that would add an extra layer when watching the series. I was a kid at the time and remember being so freaked out hearing about the contaminated rain (North here also, hi) that I refused to touch my monkey who'd got rained on in the garden. Possibly the first time I felt fear of the world.
Welcome back and it's great to hear that you and Mr. M had a great trip. It sounds like you had anew and wonderful experience to travel abroad and share your publicity tour with the person you love. So romantic!
Glad you enjoyed Scotland, I love being scottish 🏴🦄 the books decide what I eat video sounds really good!
Congratulations on fifty thousand, very well deserved after all the work you put into your videos.I absolutely loved the video where we got to watch you write a poem, would love it if the longer video had some kind of poetry theme.Much love.xx
Love these chatty videos. I swear, I could listen to you talk all day.. ever think about narrating audio books? You'd be awesome for it. I was a bit floored when you showed us how to do the beanie+headscarf. I had NO clue this is something you put together and not a pre-made store bought product. How did I miss that? And how freakishly creative are you? Also, you're quite right, they're part of your style now and they suit you so well. It's making me want to find my own stylish thing and believe me, I usually don't care one bit about being fashionable or stylish. I'd like to see these videos about food in books etc. Other ideas: doing a video on books you have an emotional attachment to or which you kept for other reasons than (just) its content (Russell from Ink and Paper Blog did this in his recent bookshelves tour and it was suprisingly enjoyable to hear someone talk about books in other terms than whether it was a good or bad read). Another commenter here suggested to make a vid about 5 milestones from your past. I'd like to add the suggestion to talk about 5 milestones for your future. Videos about annotating/writing and fairytales history are also very enjoyable. I've always wanted to go to Scotland but seeing this, it's moved up on my wishlist of places to go - thank you for sharing. xo
Your Aaron holiday sounds beautiful - congrats on 5 years!!!
Congratulations on five years!! That’s so exciting! I love your idea of a cooking video.
Thank you sooo much for showing us how you do your scarf! I love how you do them. I’m currently going through Breast cancer and I’m cold capping so Iv only lost the hair on the top of m head. I’m struggling to find a scarf style I like! Xx

Cant wait for your novel 😊
So beautiful without makeup! And such a lovely person in and out. Glad I watched!
I loved this video so much.
I agree. I watched "Unbelievable". It was amazing. So well done.
Congratulations on your anniversary. One of the most interesting videos was when you showed how to annotate a poem in order to bring out its meaning. I could honestly watch loads of those. I loved your make up. And your head covering. Beautiful. Thank you 😊
I would love a book shelf tour!!

I did one of those three years ago, and don't really fancy making another one. You can search for the old one, though :) x
Pleased to hear you've had some lovely excursions. The bookish news is quite exciting and I've fingers crossed for good news in future - also rather nice stationery. I don't know why flamingoes are popular at the moment, but I'm glad they are.
Hello Jen from Canada. Congrats on five years. you are absolutely charming and a joy to watch. wishing you many good videos and days ahead.
congrats on 5 years! you're also so close to 50k, that's amazing ^^ aaah I miss Scotland already! hope you can come to Portugal on tour one day 🥰 Chernobyl looks like an amazing series, I still need to watch it. loved this
I just love your day/week in the life videos! I would love to see more of that 📚 hope you are well! 💐
I loved this video 💖 Always glad to hear about your adventures and that you are doing well. Also, love your opinions! I haven't seen those shows but now I am going to give them a go. And the book cooking video sounds amazing, can't wait to see it. 💖💖💖
It's comforting to hear you also find it tricky to get back into the swing of filming after not doing so for a little while! 'Unbelievable' sounds like a really powerful show so will seek it out. Thanks!

Jen Campbell Itinerary is still in progress, but Edinburgh, Glasgow, Isle of Skye and Glencoe is as much as I can remember from our list. We’ll be renting a car to drive through the highlands.
Fab to hear you are so close to 50k! I would love to see you do something about books with numbers in the title. I did a quick search and there are absolutely loads to choose from. If that doesn’t appeal then anything you do will be gratefully devoured. Congratulations on the third Franklin book and wishing you every success with the novel. Your life is so interesting 💖
I just want to say thank you Jen, for being you and for sharing your journey regarding your alopecia with us. This might me oversharing but I've gained more confidence in my own appearance and how I express myself from watching your videos and chats about the bodily changes that you are undergoing. You're such a cool person and I've longed for waring a headscarf for years now but I didn't want to draw any more attention to myself then I already do by being a person of colour. Then when you started waring headscarfs and I saw how stylish that was I started trying the ones I had at home on during the summer and now I ware one several times a week. It's like I'm channeling my inner cool-Jen when I do it and I think of you when I tie it on.
I love your "uniform". It really suites you; you look perfect wearing it. Isle of Arran is my favorite place is Scotland. I loved living in Edinburgh. And I also visited Scandinavia this summer; especially enjoyed Copenhagen, and the fjords near Bergen. Wishing you well.
Love a chatty Jen video ... Just the perfect tea time treat ❤️ Would love to see the books control what I eat video ...sounds fun ❤️ 😘❤️

Since I discovered you through your "How I annotate" post, I'd really like more like that one. How I write, how I review, favorite classic poems: any of these would be great.
Wow, congrats on five years! I've been watching since you started the channel and I always love your videos. The "books control what I eat" would be fun to see! I've watched a few and folks have been either very frustrated or very lucky with their book choices -- either way it's been good content. :P
Hilarious coincidence was looking for good book . i watched videos on your channel . Checked out books you have written .Realized I have a copy of your book weird things customers say in bookshops . To me that is meant to be . your enthusiasm for book and being a gracious host have been a joy to partake in. Thank you . I have subscribed. My favorite Author is Amy Tan . My Favorite book of hers is The Bonesetter"s Daughter. Have meet with Author she is a great presence . .
Congrats Jen! I love your idea of cooking something mentioned in a novel. And as a celebration is cause for a party & you’ve introduced us to so many other booktubers, how about celebrating by inviting the girls around to bring a plate of something they’ve made inspired by a book that’s important to them? And you cook pre-party?
Something I would love to see. You cooking video were you made a recipe inspired her from a book
Ive missed you so much🖤 I’ll watch whatever you post Jen..selfishly though, more fairy tale videos!
I loved your podcast episode where you read from beginning of the world. If you could read a story that aloud that would be lovely
Great video..I'll have to give the hat and scarf idea a try! I don't have alopecia I get migraines so have to keep my head warm and plain hats are getting boring now.
Happy 5th anniversary! As Halloween is coming up, maybe some good thriller books recommendations?
I'd like you to make whatever video makes you happiest! But I also love hearing you read your poems, so maybe a video that is minimal talking and lots of poems, maybe your own interspersed with some of your favourites by other poets? (I'm a bit biased towards poetry though and I know it's not everyone's cup of tea... cooking and walking videos are always excellent) x
Notebooks with narrow lines are the best. I need new ones and can no longer afford Moleskine, so thanks for the heads up about the Tiger ones. Have you ever done a video about how you use your notebooks, and the process of being inspired and writing your fiction and poetry and how the notebooks tie in? I'd love something like that :)

@@jenvcampbell I am old-fashioned and use mine for both.
I love your headcoverings! It is always wonderful to meet other scarf-wearing booktubers. I am part of a Facebook scarf-wearing group where your collection would look downright puny. Give it time! Scarves seem to multiply rapidly when you store them together. (If you want details about the group--which has people who cover for health reasons, for religious reasons, for fashion reasons, etc.--feel free to contact me.)
Oh yes please do the Books / Food video for sure ! Have I said this before ?: Lola is my most darling adopted virtual pet ?! She makes me happy. Please can you do “A day in the Life of Lola?” or some such topic. ❤️❤️❤️

Your house always looks charming in your videos. I would like to see a tour, if this is not to private. Gratulations on your 50000 viewers. Keep going. Greetings from Berlin.
Feeling so cross about the possible Chernobyl connection... in France we have this « joke », our government swore that the radiation-loaded cloud stopped at our border. What a load of crap. The idea of book inspired cooking is nice. Have a great day, congrats for the 50k subscribers. More news by postcard 😉 xx
Chernobyl disaster was insidious. What'ya gonna do when u hit 50K subs? Not far now. Love to hear you do a spoilery review of Till We Have Faces and the Scifi trilogy of CS Lewis. Whether or not you will think that 4 rants are in order to cover things properly is up to you. Wouldn't be surprised if both you and your fav author P Pullman each have a CSL dartboard.
oh my god! your so beautiful and u also have a beautiful energy ^_^ i would like to request day in my life video.i think it would be great 🌿

I am sure you know this but you do not have to apologize for all of your scarves. If they are enriching your life and not hurting someone else it is not a problem. I have some health issues and as a result I have more weight, not ideal but I do. I cannot always wear the latest fashion, just don't always fit so I have about 75 pairs of earnings, because my ears don't change size. Is it a lot, yes but do they bring me happiness, absolutely.
Excuse me, tying headscarves absolutely warrants a full vid. How rude of you, lol. Love your content :)
