Ok, I understand how when you put an entire group together how it might not sound the best, but I honestly think this is overall pretty cool. I’ve seen someone commenting on how mods usually have some wild sounds while some are more calm, but I think this sounds cool, still. I’d think you’d like this one with how wild it is, but I guess the lack of some calmness is throwing it off for you. I’ve seen a mix on this and thought it sounded awesome, but I can see where it may fall flat when repeating the same sounds over and over again. (Also, you may have already seen the creator say this, but in case you haven’t, he said this wasn’t meant to be a horror mod. That probably explains why nothing is really horror related. It’s because you’re looking for something that isn’t there.) Edit: After going back, I agree at how all the melodies don’t sound really good together. I guess it’s when they’re not and instead swapped out while others are put in that really shows how they do sound well, just not all at the same time since they’re like fighting for the spotlight.

I feel like this mod suffers from having to much repetition. The bass, all melodies and voices 1 and 4 are all based on the same chord progression ( heard best at around 3:14 into the song itself). Their's a few exceptions of course, but since they make up the minority, they feel out of place. Compare this to the recursed box series, which manages to fully (or at least near-fully) compact every single sound from whatever song it's referencing (And yes, I'm aware of the fact that it choises of songs are easier to do that for, since those songs generally have less instruments and unique sections, but the arguement I'm making here is the fact that all the sounds in this mostly come from one part of a 4 minute song).
