And then they act like they are rotating back, you go for it, and then they cut you off in rotation and they bump you to mars on a double commit. Some peoples thought process in this game is mind blowing to me

biggest change i've noticed is that solo queue is less toxic now bc people actually try to help out their teammates and let them go for solo plays when it makes sense

Every no boost excuse is going to be moot. This will make the game a lot more and lot less toxic, will be interesting to see how things adjust.

I would like to think that but now when toxic people see that you maybe try to do plays without boost and they think those desicions were bad, they propably roast you about that. Toxic people finds a way to be toxic, it just how it is. Personally like this change anyway and it does makes this game more playable.

That what I was saying. Being able to see your tm8s boost will change the way you rotate the way you defend and attack. It’s actually crazy how such a small change can add a lot. Keep doing this rocket league. You HAVE to recover from removing trading

I remember years ago thinking about ways psyonix couldve implemented this into the game my way of thinking was showing everyones boost but im happy with how they did it only showing team only boost

I wish there was just a permanent boost indicator for your teammates on the HUD. I feel like it wasn’t a problem at the high levels; you generally know if your teammate is low boost if you are observing them.

I was in Omar’s stream for the first game, he wanted to make sure squishy viewers knew he was warming up 😂

I haven't played RL in about a year now, but I was still gonna be stunned thinking you were gonna say you could see boost level for the opponents too. So glad to see it's only for teammates. For the first 30 seconds I've seen of your first match, this looks like it'll be a great change for all players!

I do like how in replays it shows everyone’s boost level regardless of what team you’re on. It’s a nice touch

Glad my first exposure to this change was Squishy's perspective, I barely play the game these days but already feel confident I'll make best use of what this adds

This update it’s pretty good now I can read my tm8 in 2s better I found that this helps me if I need to rotate or challenge the ball to buy my tm8 time so he can grab boost

Funny thing is i played 5 hours today without knowing there was an update or what the weird circle was beside my tm8s names... 💀

I think this will make the lower levels organized in their positioning at times, but im not a high level so I can't imagine how better the players will position and decision make just off a damn circle.... lol

Now my teammates can’t lie about not having boost

If he had doubled it without landing I’d agree but dropping and then jumping for it it’s a good redirect, just not a replay worthy shot for the best players in the world

I'm so torn by it. love it, but miss the mystery, but as a solo que player it's a huge plus.

Since Yesterday i notice how bad my friends really are in rotation. now you can see that if you are in the #3 spot with full boast. and the #1 and #2 spot instead of getting back to let #3 with full boost come up. They rather charge the ball with 0 boost. (even if not possible) it's even more frustrating then before. put yourself in my position none of us are pro's don't play the game enough to get there either ever. and 2 of the 3 are ball chasers so bad, they eventually end up always hitting each other or the same ball, or defend the wrong way so the only defender (me) gets outplayed by their own team mates and it ends up in goal. The worst thing is though. they are making the same mistakes for year and years on end by now. don't think it ever gonna change 🤣 Still enjoy it the game

The biggest gameplay change ever was the flip reset

i wish it wasnt on the name plate but 50% lower scale on my screen than my boost was my teamates also

@@grislydiamond6 nope, back in 2016 or 2017 when rocket labs were introduced they made it so you keep ur flip infinitely went going off walls, the ceiling or a ramp(what it was meant for) which in turn accidentally gave us the ability to flip reset

if u wanna play wish squish, u better have your A game on for shooting. that 1st game was all passes in front of the net off the backboard lool

I personally found it quite distracting at first and analysing the field too much. After a few games i learn to look past the name plates and play regular again
