You have had the undivided attention of the automotive community since you decided to put a K24 in a Ferrari. Everyone was watching assuming that it wouldn't end up "right" in one way or another, but the attention has only grown because it absolutely is right. It came out incredible as a show car and project. Now it's life as a race car begins. I appreciate the care that has already gone in to the refinement of the car, but I'm excited to see the story and it's ups and downs in the future as it develops. The videos are excellent, the car is excellent... I'm sticking around.

"The car is broken, we are out of money" - Pretty much sums up most peoples experience in amateur motorsport. Super cool you guys got the car back together in time to run a few laps. Was watching the event live and was so hyped to see it back out there in the end.

Way, way better than tv quality. Can you imagine the drivel that tosser wannabes like Richard Rawlings or Mike Brewer would come up with for a project like this? TV car shows are like polyester slacks - old fashioned, uncomfortable, and only old men with diabetes want anything to do with them.

Quaif racing gearboxes come with a lifetime warranty, other than the heartache of having to buy a second and install it at WTAC you should be good on the returns front, then either keep it as a spare or sell it and recoup. Good luck

Gosh man, I know that feeling so well. When I lost my motor on the 911 a couple years ago, I had a $35k bill. I could not pay for that motor. I ended buying a low mileage unit for a third of that from a reputable gearbox shop here in the states. Point being, it is so difficult to pull that credit trigger just to fund parts. But I am so glad you were able to, and, it will get paid for in the end. I had watched Haltech's video last week, so I was waiting for your side. Good on you man.

Shipped it across the country, dealt with all the logistics with spares and tires ect. Then I blew it up in qualifying. You took an engine out of a difficult car, in a pit garage, without the right tools, on the other side of the world, with only one person who knew how the car worked, with extra time pressure ... and the only thing you broke was one fitting. I know really how much work happened in this video. Its immense! 💛🏁🏎

Well, all of this is of course already passed with the editing and all but: Keep your head up mate. Not only do you entertain us, but you also offer another, much more valuable service: You encourage his "normal" car guys. I`ve just swapped an M30 drivetrain in my E30 and now I've got some minor issues left: A draining battery, bit pulsating idle and some oil seepage and after 6 month of non stop work I was exhausted. Until I saw guys like you soldier on in a much much much more serious situation. Thank you a million times for your calm, explainative and encouraging style!

This video really made my day (or night, not sure where time's at atm) Had a horrible start to my flight from the US to SWE with screaming children, delayed flight, wifi not working etc. but as soon as this video started rolling and I got a beer in my hand, my face just lit up. It's so amazing to see the great people and minds in the car culture get together and solve what seams to be an impossible mission. What are the odds that someone at this event has the exact GB with the exact gear ratio as you do? And everybody is pulling together to get this working. I know you'll figure it out before even watching the next episode, bc that's what petrol heads do, they make it work. Hence the bad luck and sterssful experiences, I'm happy to see you get so much love from the car sommunity, and to see you getting praise from the DK himself and get a ride along with him, what an awesome journey! Can't wait for the next episode to drop, keep up the amazing work!

This is motorsport. Massive effort, resulting in crushing failures, more massive sacrifices made often with the help of the surrounding community. It’s crushingly difficult physically, financially, and emotionally. And it’s worth it.

These moments are the worst in life but are always the greatest story and brings the most joy in life when told later, especially when you accomplish the issue. Happy you said that in the video. Because that’s a moment and bond with your friends that will last forever. 👏 Amazing build and story so far.
