Great video as always! Glad to see the Arthur steak is still a standard 🤣 I'm impressed with the picanha you got from Costco, I guess with the increasing popularity of the cut comes increasing accessibility of quality product. I'm living in the Netherlands and here you have to spend big bucks to get a half decent picanha piece, I miss my country haha

@@BehindTheFoodTV I did not forget our agreement, will let you know when I'm in the US again! On a separate note, I'd like to change the name from Arthur steak to Jackson steak (it's my steak so I do whatever I want 🤣).... Jackson is the name of the guy who taught me how to cook this steak, met him at his restaurant (Jackson Assados) in 2019 when I went to the south of Brazil, very popular countryside, laid back steakhouse in the region of Curitiba and I went there multiple times after that. This guy passed away a couple weeks ago, his wife and two sons (one called Arthur) are carrying the torch and going on with the business full force! It's only fair to call it the Jackson steak ;)

Well that is a first for you guys in both the marrow and whiskey! I got to get a bone like that so I can try it myself. I might just turn the bone upside down on the steak while it is in the final stage of cooking. Also, where did you get the option for your grill gun to play sweet music? You guys are the most entertaining YT cooks I watch. Also thanks for all the details about how to cut the meat sure there is a number of people who don't know these tips..

I need to do a picanha, I just haven't seen any anywhere. I don't think our Sam's has them, and we don't have a Costco (closest one is in Knoxville, 2 hours away). I could order from the online places and they don't seem that expensive, but I just haven't decided where and which one etc. I know Guga says smaller ones are better, but I can't remember the reason.

Another yummy cook! As far as bone marrow, I buy those up every time they are in the markdown bin, then freeze them. When I get around 20, I'll smoke them at 400° for an hour. They make the best bone broth 👌‼️
