Back in the day we put 500 hp of Cossie into Aarons race 2 litre Capri as a test hack, we set it up at Bruntingthorpe proving grounds and when I drove it, there was dangerous wheel spin at all speeds when the 40 psi boost came in, even at speeds over 150 mph which tried to make the car swap ends and which scared the shit out of me, the car weighed under 900 kg which was the problem so I got our lardy gopher James Smith (nickname 'Cheese') to lay across the back of the car over the rear axle to help get some grip but the extra weight made little difference, Danny Morris of Fast Car Magazine also drove it and I think he also needed a change of undercrackers after his run.. Love it nice work all over FYI the clutch slave your supposed to fill before you fit the by in the box by compressing them and letting the suck up the new fluid like a syringe and then bleed them

Yes, or dry vacuum it. The reason I discovered it has to come apart is because I was going to compress it whilst under vacuum... doh!

Ye vacuumed and compressing them dry is a nightmare as vacuumed at the bleed nipple never pulls enuf vacuum due to the threads on the nipple Pressure bleeding or pumping the pedal only adds some fluid to the Cylender as clutch starts to take some of the pumping or the slave Cylender starts to air lock If your lucky some times one of these will bleed the system if you persist But the This is all over come with ether buying a top mounted bleed slave or filling before it fitted The only way I haven’t trued is top mounted vac bleeding from the master Cylender / res like manufacturing do

@@peterdainton9410 It’s a modern bearing, ie no bleed nipple & comes from new with the cylinder fully compressed, you can’t get fluid into it (we tried) dry vacuum is how it’s done at the factory, and must say at -1 bar all the air came out. I would say one with a bleed line would have been sooooo much easier 😬🤣

Don't know if you know who Jeff Dunham is- The comedian/ventriloquist- but he did a build for one of his "dummies", Achmed, and he used a 3D printer to do it all. It was insane how good it came out. I was wondering then... is this the next step in design evolution for cars, as well, with all the carbon & lighter builds coming out- I have my answer- this is truly insanely awesome. Incredible job. now, if we can just get the Governments of this world to get the hell off our backs, and have them shove 1/2 their regulations up their collective asses? More inventors & inventions, can be unleashed, as will people creativity. But most important of all? PRICES will begin to fall again, putting the impossible, back in the reach of the common man- least in my opinion. I'll be anxiously awaiting the next step, rocking the roads & tracks, with incredible innovations.
