For someone that's studying Civil engineering I think this is something that needs to be inculcated into the Nigerian educational system, once a year is a very small time to teach things like this, I really want to learn this, really becomed a fan of Smart Homes automation and I think it's the future of Real Estate in general. I am based in the US and I was still highly impressed with the house. Many of the features are indeed standard here, but having it all work together as a smart home is great to see. I may need Christian to fly out here soon oh! LOL

Wow! Just the first few minutes were Impressive. Humidifier comes on, lights, drapes, door entry, the car step up, aquarium, control from globally ...Indeed, Fantastic engineering. Though I'd be afraid to lose electricity and the backup system malfunction, and afraid someone might watch me in my home...this might change my mind to get something like this. Nigerians are highly intelligent and well versed. Many young engineers who have superb ideas but lack the microfinancing for their projects. Well done video. Can this company do this in other African countries? Hope to get a response.

I do hope all the viewers can appreciate something here, particularly us cynical Nigerians! Increasingly, houses/flats/apartments of this style are popping all across the country, particularly in Lagos and Abuja! What am I saying? Well none of these are government projects! It is taking Nigerians from various disciplines to start all these mind blowing ideas! Likewise, it would take Nigerians to change the entire system to what works best for all of us ! So don't rely on government, leave them where they are for now...it is the citizens applying innovations, investments and inventions that can help to build the nation! If this building in this Steve Ndukwu's video is possible in Nigeria, then everything we wish for in Nigeria is also possible and feasible....it is just a matter of time!

Smart home in synchronisation with a smart car. It’s amazing and mind-blowing what technology can do. The world of ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE has changed the world for ever. I always advice my kids about the potentials in tech career path especially the AI. As a Data Analyst who do some basic automation, I still wonder at the high level AUTOMATION. And the smart watch must be mention as part of this ecosystem of SMARTNESS. Is smart home the future? In terms of technology Lagos is growing faster that is why we have so many tech companies nigeria and more are still coming..... even Akwa Ibom State is building first smart airport in Africa as a whole which will have robots in its and be in charge of the security and all that......the facility has been built.....so they are bringing the technology into the facility.....it will start function from next year and be competing with Japan ,China and the rest

Their is a smart tech house in Lagos which can tell when and where traffic is in Lagos from your house and also tell the weather system of that particular day if it's going to rain or not......in terms of technology Lagos is growing faster in that aspects....I think that's why we have so many tech company.....and more are still investing to bring it to the world standards....... even Akwa Ibom State in south south nigeria is building a first smart tech airport in Africa ..... which will be operated by robots in every aspect but the security and all that......the robots will be in charge though the facility has already been built so the technology is what they are bringing to the facility.....and I think before ending of next year it will start functioning and be competing with China,Japan and the rest...
