That's where Elon should put his money, a fair use defense fund. You may say fair use only is relevant when wearing a suit and in a court, but copyright has its 3rd party minions making claims and taking down content outside of courts, and with little to no fear of correction because you gotta go to court to establish fair use if you go to court. It's a system with greed of copyright outweighing fair use.

PC, but it's not official and more of a self made remaster. On most emulators there are upscalibg options to hey games looking mighty fine

It's just the PS3 version emulated on PC. You can also emulate all the other versions since it was never released for PC.
