Giving away a 3-month trading mentorship worth $400. Make sure you watch till the end and leave your best part in the comments to take part!
please document 5%ers funded account challenge
The best part for me, was you showing how your attitude is tied to your trust in your system, even when you make a ‘mistake’ with a lot size and lose an account. Most people would nosedive for a while and it would inhibit their next few trades. Your manner about both your system and who you are as a trader shows your experience and the word you have done. Plus, I love the simplicity of your system.
Hey Scott, thank you for the video. Yes, would very much looking forward to see you do a prop-firm challenge fully documented. My take-away from your video is the process of your trading. 1) You know what you want to achieve (short/long term). 2) You know how you want to achieve (strategy/ TA). 3) You know how not to force it but waiting for it. (Patience/Discipline) 4) You know the important of taking time off smelling the flowers, bonding with your family and having a beer with some me-time! (Always reflecting and improving). 5) Losses != you and know how to embrace losses. I believe that this is one of the most completeness of a trader process video in short. Covering the physical, mental and emotional aspect of a trader. Thank you, Scott.
My key takeaway among many --> Seeing someone with your background and experience make the same type of mistake as I might make and how you handled it emotionally - completely unrattled! When most trading educators share their results they do so in an effort to dazzle the viewer by their successes. In this video you've inspired me at a much deeper level with the simple act of full transparency. Very helpful. Thank you for sharing!
The part I liked the most was, that you showed the reality of trading in form of making mistakes even as a very experienced trader. That shows how important it is to stay concentrate and double check everything before entering the markets.
wow every new month new strategy great.

My comment got deleted since I elaborated everything how they're are now just trying to milk thier student. I was student of both strategies so I know in detail. This is really very bad practice if someone calls himself actual fx guru but it's not big deal for insta gurus@@TradingWithJaeBee
The transparency and honesty. And also showing that sometimes errors happen but should not discourage you but learn from them. Consistency in the pair you trade the most. And also sticking to your plan.
🍿🥤 how about a live prop firm challenge using 2.0? also: bro, how did we miss the mic + banana combo? 😂
@scotttaylorfx

An idea I have in the pipeline for sure! 🤝🏼
nice video, the best part was definitely the banana mike! jokes apart, I love the transparency, and honesty you talk about trading, as well as how much you share for free. Would absolutely love to see more videos about propfirm challenges as well, hearing some thoughts about how is the ideal risk management, why dont you really trade them..?
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. It’s the transparency that’s my favourite part of the video. There’s not many elite traders who’d document their week like this and include the “silly” mistakes like the one on DAX. It’s these moments however, that show the average trader that mistakes are normal and you can still have a 4% week with mistakes.
Hey Scott. Would absolutely love to see some more videos on funded challenges! Also potentially on your broker or which ones you’d choose.
The initial plan was to trade only 4 days, but as the events of the week unfolded, you had to remain flexible and not be too rigid on the "initial plan". Instead you took the moment as it is and made a wiser decision to call it a week on a Thursday, sticking to the foundational plan, which is to protect your capital and rest your emotions, in order to come back refreshed next week. This is great to witness, I have learnt a lot from this video, thank you Scott.
Amazing video. I enjoyed the out look of how you handled mistakes and teaching patience keeps us reminded of our mistakes and how to become patience and to tell ourselves it’s ok stay calm it was almost therapeutic lol
Still on the begining of my journey to consistency and your videos are great reminder how to keep calm and stay focused and true to your system, love it
For me the best part is admitting to your Fault and errors. It’s shows we are not robots. Thanks for the transparency! P.T
Great video Scott! Living in the desert I am very envious of the countryside near you. What I do for FX and the indices I trade is to have a cheat card showing me sample lot sizes for 0.5/1 % risk on say a 100K account. That way I can get a rough idea of what the lot size "should" be. Just need to remember to check it 🙃

I love this: "Lossing trade does not define you as a trader". Hits me really deep. Easier said than done, but I am working on it. Really enjoyed this weeks video, thanks for showing us, how real trading is done.
For me the best part was you showing that we have to wait for the trade to develop and let it tag us in instead of just entering earlier. Discipline is key. Im always learning with your videos! Would love to enter your mentorship to get more insights. Love your videos. Keep up the good work! Cheers

Showing loses and transperency in general is very rare. More than unicorns and yetis. I really love your channel. The best part was when you showed e-mail about account liquidation. I didn't like it happened but I appriciate it.

Love that lil chilling by the fire and beer 🍺 for a calm mind
Awesome video man, so much value as always - had a question - do you usually close off trades before all red news events? or do you hold them if price has moved away from your entry point?
@scotttaylorfx
6 күн бұрын
Glad you enjoyed the video mate. And yes I do close out before all high impact news it is best to avoid slippage 👍🏼
The part i loved the most was the simplicity ,mechanical part of ur trading strategy and also patience for setups .Not everyone do these .I hope i get selected
hey scott, are use still trading the insane strategy which you used to pass funding challenge or is TPOT 2 a simplified version of that? Also how do you control yourself from fomo trades? nice vid btw.
@scotttaylorfx
Ай бұрын
Hey, so I’m trading 99% TPOT in its newest format. With the occasional EVOX entry. How I control FOMO is based on years of being unable to do just that. And knowing 99% of all FOMO trade LOSE so don’t do it! 🤝🏼
I like your transparency and all your thought process when looking at directional bias and why you took the trades. Love your work!
Great Content as always, so much to learn. Keep posting gems like this ❤ made alot of mistakes whilst taking a trade early and regretting it but you have taugh us patience isn't just about waiting, but about maintaining a positive attitude while waiting.
@scotttaylorfx

So pleased you like this video man. Sure is! Maintaining a positive attitude regardless of what happens in your trading week is so critical
For me, the best part was seeing the wholeness of your trading persona. It shows your values and technical aspects in a very balanced manner. And I LOVE the aesthetics. Awesome video; thank you!
I appreciated the control of your emotions, even when a simple misstep lost a funded account. Not letting that define you or your trading is easier said than done. It looks like I need to start watching some of your other videos and learn a thing or two.
Its the discipline and staying level headed in this video. How he sticks to his plan and the way he don't let a simple mistake affect his trading.
@scotttaylorfx

The most important element to trading in my opinion 🤝🏼
Hi Scott. Honest video as per usual. Thanks for your openness. How you handled your mess up is a valuable example and lesson. I still tend to think differently when something like that happens to me. Will definitely take this example and put it in my memory bank! Thanks!

So pleased you enjoyed the video and have learnt lessons from my mistake 😌👏🏼
Love that you are managing to spend time with your loved ones and having the discipline to not stay in the charts all day.
Great video scott. My key take away is Self-reflection, the fact that you always taking a step back from the charts and spending time with your family
Hey Taylor, I'd love to see how you do a challenge and how you strategise. I work 9 to 5 and am still looking for a strategy that I can implement while working. Thank you so much!
Hey Scott the keytakeaway from this video sticking to a good strategy will help you to make profits from the markets , and the favourite part of this video is your computer screen while you are selecting the new prosche colour is so good !!!!🚗🚗🚗🚗
@scotttaylorfx

Discipline above all else for sure! Ah yes I have to say that could also be my favourite part of the video too! 👀🤝🏼
Mistakes are bound to happen at any level, stage or years of one's trading career..we should embrace them ,learn from them, move on keeping pushing and bounce back stronger and better
Nice video as always, Scott! I love the transparency of your mistake/s because it shows the reality of even being a professional, you're only human and can make mistakes!
@scotttaylorfx
Ай бұрын
That’s the point I wanted to put across. I’m only human like the rest of us and mistake do happen. Thanks marl ✌🏼
Great content and loads of value Scott thank you! Key takeaway for me - keep a cool head. We all make mistakes as we’re human. Need to not let it get in our way and just keep trading the plan.
@scotttaylorfx

Thanks mate! So pleased you took value away from the vid 😎
The best part is the just absolute calmness you have after you entered a trade. Lost a trade? Cool. Onto to the next one.
Best part of this video is showing even experienced traders makes mistake. I have been hard on myself when making mistakes on the market and probably because everything I saw on trading before was just wins, perfect execution not showing their mistakes or loss.
Great video Scott, thanks for keeping things real. My biggest takeaway from this video is the fact that you continually stuck with your edge and allowed the probabilities to run in your favor without letting losers define you. I think that’s what separates unprofitable from profitable trader. Great video once again and I hope to get the chance to join Evo ❤
@scotttaylorfx

Pleased you enjoyed the video mate! And also great to hear to took away the perspective of not letting losses or mistakes get in the way of self control and discipline 🤝🏼
what i took away from this videos was how you look at the 4H and then looked for opportunity with continuation confirmation on the 15m to take trades. this was something that i didn't think of and hopefully this will help me in my trading.
Thanks for the free Content
Hi Scott, always nice to see a new video, trying to learn from your past videos, biggest take is : to always stick to your strategy even when we can still make errors in lot sizing just shows we need to be focused and be disciplined in our rules. keep up the good work
21:42 how was that a valid buy? if you can share 😅 are gaps pools of liquidity? or was it an anticipatory bullish play with price being so close to the h4 high?

Great video, great strategy and a great community. I feel lucky and wise to register for the TPOT course. This strategy has helped me reduce trading stress, reduce chart anxiety, and most of all, I have had significant growth in my funding account. Thanks Scott, please make more videos like this so people know how great this strategy is
The key takeaway from this video for me, is learning to laugh at certain hiccups and mistakes and look at the positive side of these things i.e it was your funding account instead of your personal. Instead of letting this negatively impact your life and trading and potentially tilting your future trading setups.
Wow that's was so unexpected but thanks for doing what you did, this literally opened my eyes
I think that the best take away of this video is that you choose a trending pair that if better for your strategy. So if the conditions on your usual pair are not good enough better not trading
As always, pure excellence…

Biggest takeaway is that there is always another opportunity around the corner. Not every trade has to be taken.
Emotional management is a key part of trading, which every trader needs to have. The ability of not letting your mistakes or losses affect you.
My favorite part of the video is at 19:48 - Get a Free TopFundr Trial. Overall great video Scott!🔥

The biggest takeaway for me is that trading can be chill and relaxed. Taken seriously, yes. But have a chuckle along the way. 19:05 😂😂
Do a futures challenge bro it is all the rage right now & due to the rules with futures & certain firms it is geared or we are leaned towards a scalping strategy as the futures markets close at the end of NY & trades must be closed. They are super cheap & I am not sure that's a good thing as it promotes gambling mindsets as many folks rush thru them to get funded, they even promote 1 day to pass which def pushes the gambling mindset but we would love to see your ideas on a scalping strat for these !!!!!! I just did a 250K apex for like $18 its ridiculous like 4 cups of coffee FFS P.S - Lambo Raul just purchased 19 x 300K Apex accounts & connected them via trade copier software & passed in 4 days for $5,700,000 in funding - DAMN...............!
