INGREDIENTS
4 pounds English cut beef short ribs
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
3 large carrots, peeled & diced
1 large yellow onion, finely diced
3 stalk celery, finely diced
8 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
6 ounces tomato paste
1 cup dry red wine
one (1) 0.75-ounce package fresh “poultry herb blend” (or approx. 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, 4 sprigs fresh sage leaves & 12 sprigs fresh thyme)
3 bay leaves
optional: 1 parmesan rind
28 ounces crushed tomatoes
2 cups low-sodium beef broth/stock or water
kosher salt & ground black pepper, to season
24 ounces pappardelle or pasta of choice, such as casarecce, bucatini, or gnocchi
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan
for serving, as desired: grated parmesan, finely chopped fresh herbs, etc.

    Sup bro, I always went on quest for rabbit cacciatore in Seabrook NH, think it's Florence Italian restaurant in Seabrook, it's about an hour ride, but amazing, and Nordic lodge in Narragansett RI my state, 25 min,but now it's $155 a version with 2 hour limit, it's all kinds seafood, beef, everything really, remember when was $75 a person lol. My brother drives, I can't anymore, said after Halloween we will go to NH, I make good rabbit cacciatore but idk what they do? Maybe pee in it? I wouldn't care, well maybe a little 🤣😂 Oh you mean for you to make on video🤔, veal saltimbocca 👊, crush it with your twist.

    Dude you nailed this one. The only thing I would change is using a good stock instead of water, but that's just being picky. The short ribs essentially make a stock during cooking, but I never miss an opportunity to add more flavor. Everything else is perfect!

    Sup bro, looks great, short ribs 👍, nice depth of flavor and adds fat and moisture, great job, I think your not using one of your great talents tho, what makes your food and videos.. it's your voice and adlib, talking to everyday people.. ASMR and subtitles are fading fast, except tic tok? I think they do it? I never signed up for it but kids and grandkids love it, so does china🤣😂, also perfect pasta for that rich Bolognese, making one Sunday but brisket, chuck and sirloin cap scraps 🥺, short ribs, well most beef haven't been available on sale, butcher backed up.. (scraps from him lol), everything on sale lately is lamb, plant based, some chicken.. idk what's going on🤷, I love lamb tho, have lot, bought one in August had slaughtered🥺😂🤣, think be using up what's vac sealed in freezer for while, sucks, but I'd have a big bowl of that with sone pecorino romano, I prefer it to Parm on some dishes, but eat what available lol. Do you ship? Jar and sell Bolognese lol. Tyvm tc 🍔🥩🥘
