No, god I hate you people. You only have these options shown if you have a controller plugged in. So unless you plug a controller into your PC, you will not see the option. I did it again right now. It literally does nothing. Played 10 games with these settings and it's the same exact experience. Amazing how a placebo can make you have fun. Just goes to show the skill issue.

It felt like it worked the first time but not after that. Also they changed the score limit in tdm to 100 and now matches seem to go to time limit and people are camping their asses off more now.

It's always worth trying. Granted, I don't play with a controller, as I'm on PC, but I'm getting it's just a weird glitch that will most likely be fixed as soon as the Devs hear about this. Who remembers making the Casual Settings change in MW 2019 and MWII. That was all the rage and sadly, didn't work. I'll give this a try.

I don’t have a 500 IQ for nothing, they just did their daily or weekly patch update and it’ll have to be waited now for at least a few days before they do another patch, so at least you have a few days without skill based matchmaking. You’re welcome 🥸🤜🤛

Its probably not a glitch. Its probably one of the metrics the game uses to match people. Before they stopped talking about it Activision said they use A LOT of data to decide your lobbies, they specifically mentioned where you go on any given map, and the obvious things like accuracy. So they are using a lot more stuff including your controller settings. Most good players are going to play with vibration turned off and haptics turned off because those are the most competitive settings and every YT content creator controller guide tells you to turn that stuff off. so naturally you're going to be in lobbies with less sweats by turning them on even if those things aren't being tracked, but its likely they are since the change instant. They also match you based on what guns you're using. if you're using really easy to use guns( shotguns) , meta weapons , and you are fairly competent its going to give you sweat lobbies. If you're using off meta weapons (pea shooter ARs or terrible recoil ARs ) that are harder to use or your accuracy is lower with certain guns (battle rifles, marksman rifles, pistols, ) its going to give you easier lobbies. This ain't really news, and as soon as you kill too many people in those lobbies its going to put you back in your normal match making track. The most significant metric is kills per game. people that can't get avg 20 kills per game are going to be in those lower skill bracket, people that can drop 40 , 50 bombs or higher are going to have harder matchmaking, regardless how much you die when getting those kills, and to those players with high average kills per game an average lobby or 20 kills per game droppers is going to feel "Bot" to them while a sub 20kill/game dropper will feel the same lobby as sweaty even "unfair" . This is also why YT channels that focus on riot shield pacifist Warzone wins only have extremely bad players in their lobby that either don't see the person with the shield at all, don't know how to counter the shield, or aren't skilled enough to hit shots on the feet, use throwing knives or thermite on a shield user.

Once word gets out they will change this so fast with a patch. They won't take SBMM out or fix anything else but they sure as hell will stop you from using this to get out of SBMM lobbies.

I also heard to fix your hit reg and stop packet burst you gotta put your shoes on the wrong feet, gargle mouth wash while spinning in circles 10 times, sack tap your self and right as you do that start the match making with your big toe. Have to do more testing but seems to work every time. And you don’t need to leave the lobby to keep it going just have to sack tap yourself again during the final kill cam and you should be good to go!

You're right, I tried it and it 100% works. My dingle dangles are still a little sore from slapping them but totally worth it.

Vpns like sbmmoff only route your matchmaking traffic its a cool trick to sbmm.

Wow you find a work around and they changed it that quick they took the trigger effect out I really am starting to hate these guys who can’t give us a fun game or a casual game it’s so sad they sunk this low I hope enough people bitch and Phil Spencer comes in and says take it out all together we want people to enjoy the game not be pissed after every match so sad this company is like this

The funny thing is if there was no SBMM, I’d not only buy the game but buy every season as I liked MW19s gameplay. And I’m sure MWIII isn’t much different but I don’t want to have to sweat. I want to play 3-4 games in the morning before work or at lunch and have fun, complete challenges, and grind for camos old school COD style.

for mouse and key players its simple literally plug in your controller do the steps and when the lobby is full unplug the controller and itll pop up switch to mnk and boom your good. we need to war on sbmm. (you have to unplug the controller and switch to kbm before the match starts)

Yeah this will be the first patch update even before the store update.

Series X doesn’t have the Trigger Effect setting. I even searched it and there is no such setting. It must be for the Dual Sense haptics.

So things like this work similar to the ELO/MMR systems. The less Data the game has on people using this setting the smaller the pool of players eith similar settings and other stats it can use to determine the SBMM parameters. As more use it and it can slowly seperate people into leveks/tiers of skill level better it will become less and less effective. Sbmm doesnt just go off KD , wins etc. It goes off a whole host of data about your whole settings to determine stuff, location , time zone , etc.

It also goes off your actions in games, so the more you jump, tact run, slide, drop shot, bunnny hop, slide cancel, reload cancel, YY Run, pre scope, all that data matters and they match you with people who play like that as well i believe SBMM IS complete trash for casual players, but in my honest thought is if you're playing like that you're most likely trying to win and so are other players so technically you're sweating your balls off too lol i have mixed feelings towards sbmm, i dropped from 2k kda to 1.00 on purpose and the lobbys are basically the same BS, so im just trying to see if i can grind my way back up to 2, but the thing is alot of people dont play objective, and they just play for KDA which sucks for the win/loss ratio and for people playing and practicing for ranked for actual objectives.

I F*çing love you, no homo. I took this game off my system and started playing cold war it was so bad. I swear it targets the better than average players, but not the best players. Too good to be protected, but not good enough to play the .001% I seem to run up against every match. It boggles the mind how your punished for playing well, but that's all behind us now because of you, thank you. I almost don't want people to know about, scared it'll get f'd up like the regular matches. It makes sense why it works though, so I don't think it'll get patched 🤞

Lmao the worst part is they’ll probably patch this by the end of the week but the rest of the bugs and broken perks will stay the same

Maybe you only go up against other players with haptic triggers. I’m not on PlayStation so I can’t test this anyway but I would assume only casual players use the haptic setting

It’s because the rigged system measure input skill to determine what kind of hit reg you get and how hard the lobbies will be. Changing full haptic alters the input skill receives by the system. This is just more proof the game is rigged and changes every parameter of the game to make it harder for you.

And there is no such thing as SBMM hit reg😂 gotta be the dumbest shit I’ve heard all month. This works on all CODs that released after MW2019 you know how we all know SBMM/EOMM is tracking more things than just K/D and win loss it looks at your settings too no boy or trash player changes their settings they use whatever settings they used in campaign mode I’ve been saying this for years they track your settings why you think for the past couple years when play a new COD it automatically has your settings in place from the last game no matter how long you haven’t played

They made sure to patch that shit sooooooo fast lol trigger affect isn't even in the settings anymore

It worked for me I got a 15 kill streak which is a big deal for me 😭😭😭

This gets you a lower MS ping match but if all the sweats see this video (36K+ views) they’ll be doing it too. I tried this and it does make matches slightly less sweaty.

An alternative if your on xbox instead of trigger happtics? Kinda think this is a troll but a lot of comments are saying otherwise so idk. Would still like to try it.
