like on the usa team you could see libero with a red shirt, other players with a white shirt then the setter with a black and yellow shirt, kinda looking like the pewdiepie design

It was the equal jersey, a partnership with the charity let's keep the ball flying to promote equality through volleyball. It wasn't to do with their playing position.

Idk the details of the campaign, but it’s an Equal Jersey ambassador shirt (basically about respect and opportunity for people from all genders, cultures..) : )

Hi uhm fivb decided to launch an equal jersey to give opportunities for everyone equally well they don’t really do that.. anyways they choose diff top players from diff nation to wear equal jersey.

FIVB Rules 2021-2024 11.2 Penetration under the net. 11.2.1 It is permitted to penetrate into the opponent’s space under the net, provided that this does not interfere with the opponent’s play. 11.2.4 Players may penetrate into the opponent's free zone provided that they do not interfere with the opponent’s play. Since he did not interfere with the play of Poland, and the ball is still in play of the USA (since the ball did not cross between the antennae), it is a legal play.
