Quick note for the strainer mashed potatoes: the method works 100 times better if you use a ladle to push the potatoes through instead of a spatula

Looks great, thank you. I pay no attention to rules like “your not supposed to eat this with that”. People should just eat whatever (and however) they like. I’ll cook seafood with dairy, drink white wine with steak, etc. It doesn’t matter to me. Only things I don’t like are seafood or chicken with a red sauce. Something like a jambalaya or gumbo are my exceptions. 🥘♥️
