Why is everyone complaining about the amount of salt, lemon and oil ? Aren't you supposed to adjust the ingredients according to your taste in every recipe ? Have these people never cooked anything ? And for those complaining about aluminum foil, just make a "bed" of round slices of potatoes, place the fish on it and cover the baking tray with whatever pleases you. Sheesh! So many whiners on here ! Thanks for the recipe, luv ! Will give it a try !

Right. I used garlic salt both sides and a lot less than her. No one put a gun to my head and made me do exactly what she said. But clearly everyone else was threatened lol

Husband LOVED this recipe! Used vegetable oil because I ran out of olive oil, so I'm sure it's even tastier. The lemon+oregano+paprika combination really is amazing.

Just finished eating this for dinner after making it myself, along with pan seared Asparagus and brown rice with peas/corn and it was delicious!! I used 6 smaller size salmon pieces and the juice of only one lemon along with the rest of the ingredients listed. Preheated to 375 and cooked for 20 min! Thank you very much for the recipe! 😁

I love your receipt. I tried it today and the salmon tasted so good, just melts in the mouth when you take a bit. Can’t wait to make it again when I have guests over.

I find it helps to make dressings in a jar with a lid so you just shake. I also love the crispy skin. It’s like salmon bacon. Love all your recipes.

My salmon is marinating in the fridge .I love your recipe because you use simple ingredients that we love .I used some rosemary thyme dill too .I just like to dress it up much .I even used red onion slices in the past .I always cook it covered with foil but now I want to try your way by wrapping it up completely .Thank you chef you are amazing and easy to listen to .

How'd that turn out?

Really love this receipe Ive made it 4 times already. And for those wanting to know the exact cooking time its just below the video!!! But its at 375' for 15 minutes. Then take it out uncover it and broil for 3 more minutes!!!

I found you on Facebook 3 days ago. Looking for a change in the way we eat. I'm from the south so there are tons of fried foods with to many carbs and sugar. I have tried 3 recipes already...WOW!!! Mediterranean dish! 🌟 Thank you so much for sharing your recipe, I am not confident at all in the kitchen and wanted to make a nice dinner for my husband. I served the salmon fillets with brown rice and steamed broccoli with extra lemon wedges on the side if required. Both my husband and his friend really enjoyed the meal, I felt the salmon took longer than the cooking time you suggested possibly because of the oven. My husband’s friend recommended that next time I should smash the garlic clove and place on top or at the sides of each fillet to absorb the garlic. Thank you again for your recipe, I have subscribed to your channel and will be sure to recommend to my family and friends
