This March Madness run by the NC State Wolfpack is reminiscent of the Cardiac Pack teams of the past. A team that has won 7 games in 12 days and maybe the hottest team in the nation right now will look to continue their miracle run in the Sweet Sixteen later this week. While this run has been fun to watch, at one point this team looked dead in the water, and head coach Kevin Keatts’ looked to be on the hot seat. Now, they may be one of the best teams in the nation playing their best basketball at the right time. This is the story of this year's March Madness Underdog. This is the story of the 2023-2024 NC State basketball team.

I remember the first time I saw DJ on the court in his first game and I immediately said to myself that’s my favorite guy on the team before the tournament he was a fan favorite and would’ve been remembered for a while but after all this he is forever going to be a legend at state

The narrative around the ACC Tourney and the regular season is not at all accurate. We only played Duke once, and we lost both times to Syracuse. We actually split with Virginia. We played Duke in game 3 of the ACC Tourney, so we didn't beat the Orange in that game.

that's an opinion and it's wrong. They play high level basketball, don't commit a lot of fouls and are shooting a high percentage.
