Очень красиво! И мне кажется, что очень вкусно. Только у нас духовки нет, я котлетки сделаю в микроволновке. Купили микроволновку BQ на НГ и теперь все подобные блюда делаем там. Она хорошо справляется :)

Если картофель не тереть, а, порезать мелким кубиком, то намного вкуснее получается, тертый картофель придает сыроватый вкус мясному фаршу, с резаным просто нереально вкусно!

Немного не понял в начале. В картофель добавить 500мл воды. На следующем кадре тот же картофель с водой? Он впитал воду? Или надо слить?

Очень было увлекательно наблюдать, как женщина долго натирает картошку, лук, что-то ещё… на скорости 1,5. Ещё увлекательнее - на скорости 1,75. И да, профессиональные кулинары готовят котлетный фарш БЕЗ яиц, т.к. яйца делают фарш жёстким. У проф-кулинаров есть другой приём, чтобы увеличить липкость фарша.

where does all the water go with the potatoes? everything is soaking wet on the counter then when you add it there's no wettness?

Meal looks great but the music is so annoying. Also the order in the editing is weird it would make sense to make the salad while you wait for the meal to cook in the oven. Editing should match the best order to cook in
