This recipe will drive you crazy! An alternative to traditional buns.

Let's make soft homemade bread!
No eggs, no milk!

Recipe and ingredients:
250 ml of warm milk.
80 grams of sugar.
8 grams of dry yeast.
Mix well until the sugar and yeast dissolve.
2 egg whites.
40 grams of sour cream.
Mix until smooth.
Sift 370 grams of wheat flour.
4 grams of salt.
Mix the ingredients.
The dough should be soft and airy.
20 grams of soft butter.
Mix the butter into the dough.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
Cover the dough.
Set the dough aside in a warm place for 50 minutes until it doubles in volume.
The dough rose well.
Lightly flour your work surface.
Place the dough on the work surface.
Shape the dough into one ball.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
Form balls from each piece of dough.
Place on a plate sprinkled with flour.
You can make any baked goods with this dough!
Cover the dough for 5-10 minutes.
Sprinkle your work surface with flour.
Roll out the dough as shown in the video.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 4 pieces.
Stack all the pieces on top of each other.
Press the edges.
Press down with a wooden stick.
Secure the edges again.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Roll out the second dough in the same way.
Follow the same process as before.
The process is a little long, but the result is amazing!
