Cut 5 potatoes, salt and cook until fully cooked.

Cut 1 onion.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 2 minutes and add paprika.
Fry the green peppers for 2 minutes and add 350 g of minced meat.
Add salt, black pepper, paprika and fry over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Danke schön. I am just learning German. Thank you for this recipe. By the way, I noticed that it looks like you said that the “Green Bell Pepper” was called “Paprika”.... But in English it is called a “Green Bell Pepper”. Also, it looked like you put a red powder in your Recipe & called it “Paprika” as well. Yes, “That” is “Paprika!” Sooo... May I ask, is Green Bell Pepper in German called Paprika....as well as the red powder? Thank you for your help & for the recipe. Blessings
