This video was created on the Rocktop Trail at Crowders Mountain State Park, NC. It was a really easy hike (20 min?) to the rocky area where we got some great crawling in, and this was just half of the trail, not to mention a fraction of the trails in the park!! I was traveling through NC and decided to make a visit to the area since it was on my way (just SW of Gastonia). I'm really glad I did, because there were a lot of nice boulders and outcroppings to explore.

The area consists of two "twin" mountains located in Kings Mountain, NC. Parking is easy and FREE! Traditional rock climbing is also allowed as long as you check in at the visitor's center. I took a lot of footage while I was there, so this is Part I of II videos. Hope you enjoy!! :)
